Not sure if it’s an off day or what. The last time we ate at this location, during the Holiday Rush, it was a great time. The waitress was friendly and was tipped 20 dollars.
With that said, our waitress slammed/aggresively sat everthing we ordered on table. The coffee cup was dirty on the outside. The appittizer came with the main course, while that alone can be excused, the creepes were over cooked/hard on one end all the chicken was on the other end while the spinich was on the over cooked ends and tasted of oil. Thank goodness for the appittizer, while the chicken strips were a little over done and dry, to the point I needed to use ranch dressing to eat them with. The only two items that were legit good was the cheese sticks and onion rings. My wife said her meal was ok but not great. When we go out to eat we generally leave 10 to 20 dollars tip. If we leave a lower amount than that, it upsets us to do so. Because we both come from food service backgrounds. Sadly, we left this waitresss with 3 dollars.
The other dinners at the next table were given plastic ware because other tables had not been bussed. This location is off I-40. Considering this location is between 2 hotels and off the interstate, one would think that on a Saturday they would be prepared for the normal rush.

Yasmin is THE BEST! My daughter and I come once a month and every time Yasmin has served us, it’s been amazing! She’s friendly, attentive and fast! Always has a smile. The food is always so good! We make it a point to come early, so we know to get Yasmin and really good food!

The place wasn’t tidy. While it wasn’t the worst, not tidy. The young man well he was very nice lacked in some areas. God bless him. He tried. Pricey. The cost for two to eat is almost $50 outrageous.

Amazing food. My family went early around 9ish so the place was barely full. I absolutely love the New York cheesecake pancakes I will definitely be going back for more ♥️ Food was hot. Drinks we’re never empty thanks to our waiter who kept a sharp eye on us. The burrito my son received was full. So full that he only eat half. Makes a mother happy when her babies are fed right. My daughter loved her chocolate milk. Mind you, these are young adults. My husband was brimming with joy seeing us happy. Thank you IHOP for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back ❤️

Got seat with the menus being thrown on the table by the server. They seated and waited on 3 other tables walking by us without a word so we left.

Wasn’t Busy at all and they acted like they were the busiest in the world. We had to wait seven minutes. When we sat down just to get slow service. We ordered for two people and we waited 30 minutes without warning for The food to come and she never checked on us once. Had to eat with my hands and had to find my own silverware after I asked her twice.. It was cold. There was a party about 8. They was waiting for over an hour to get food. Worst experience ever and will never come back.

I ate here 3 times in a month after midnight after I got off work. All 3 times the meal preparation was below standard. I understand that new employees need training, but it does require a trainer to be next to the trainees. I was disappointed in the overnight food prep.

We were part of a group of six. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The staff seemed a little inexperienced. Overall, this is a good place to eat if you like pancakes. My wife’s hamburger and my Philly sandwich were both good as well. Good prices though the specials are a little hard to find on the menu.

My god this place is gross! Ihop can usually be counted on for a clean atmosphere. My daughter got a philly cheese and half way through found mold on the bread. I ordered steak and eggs, and have never even seen a steak that was whiter than a pork chop. This place was so bad and I was too embarrassed to even point out the stuff to staff we just paid And avoid at all cost

Long wait for a table staff avoided seating us and several other groups with tables available. Not clean. Had to wait a long time for food and didn’t refill drinks. Staff wasn’t very friendly. This used to be a regular for me I won’t be going back.
