This was my first time here, and I came around 10 PM. The restaurant is clean and well organized. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The pancake was a bit too sweet for me, maybe because of the amount of syrup, but the burger and crispy onion rings were delicious. The staff Maggi provided excellent service with friendly smiles. I’ll definitely come back for breakfast next time!

Fast and friendly service! I came in at 6am needing to be at work by 7:30 and had a great experience from walking in to checking out. All staff that was present were very pleasant and in great moods. The restaurant was very clean. I had the pleasure of having Angela as my waitress. She was very attentive and present, I never felt I was left waiting. I also loved that she was engaging. She really has a nice aura to her and a great personality. I felt very relaxed the entire time I was here and the space felt safe. Highly recommend this location. I’ve always came to this location as I’ve lived in the neighborhood but it’s went uphill drastically in every way. With that said all the work that’s been put into this ihop location is paying off. I really had a great experience. Thank you Angela !

The New York cheesecake pancakes in the photo looks delicious. It shows 5 strawberries and topped with whipped cream. What I received was a bit disappointing. 3 small strawberries, topped with a lot of whipped cream. Funny thing is, over the expo window there is a sign that says ” if it doesn’t look good, don’t serve it”. Lol what I order what I got

Food was alright but the service was amazing. My server, Bri, had me sat down and my order made before my brain could process what was happening. I thought she had me confused with a movie star or something cause I was being treated so well. Mind you, this is at an IHOP. I just went there to celebrate veterans day. I was offered a free breakfast and complimentary exceptional customer service. Ana took my order and the food came out fast. Cleanest Ihop I have visited and not too crowded for 7:30am. I recommend this place as the perfect place to have breakfast near Lakeline mall. Tons of shopping nearby and hotels. Ana always made sure my cup of coffee was full. I would honestly say that she put a smile on my plate. Thank you Ana and Ihop.

Service was great Julia was attentive and helpful with the menu. The atmosphere was laid back even during lunch on a Sunday which contributed to a relaxing experience. The food was great and affordable – highly recommend the blueberry pancakes and the strawberry ny cheesecake pancake. Parking lot is big.

This review is long overdue. Around 6:30pm on Christmas night my young daughter and I had the best dinner in the most chaotic environment. When we arrived Crystal was the only staff there other than cook Gabriel and I believe one other guy that was leaving. There were served customers sitting at 3 tables and I watched Crystal running back and forth between backed up online orders, customers coming in the door, and trying to wait 3 tables. Despite the lack of staff hands on deck, our food came out fresh in one hour, it was flavorful, and it was hot. It was the best tasting IHop food that I have had.
Marcella came in to help Crystal around the time that we got our food and I watched her handle the pressure with such integrity and peace. I witnessed her handle a difficult and unreasonable customer very well. For what Crystal, Marcella, and Gabriel endured on Christmas working at IHop, they should be acknowledged by higher up in some way. I was truly amazed to see them persevering in such a stressful situation. From what I could visually see, both Crystal and Marcella sacrificed in their own way personally just to make sure people like myself and my daughter received service and a good meal that night. I was grateful for their hard work and efforts.

Love this location! We’re visiting from San Antonio and taking our teens out and it is NOT easy. Angela is such a vibe, man! Very accommodating and patient and excellent customer service! Thanks, girl!!! We’ll definitely be coming back. Group of 8 by the way.
