I understand that they are short staffed but the waiter we got today was beyond rude for no reason. He was really demanding taking our orders without even writing anything down. When we received the coffee he did not provide us with any creamer or sugar. It was very clear that he was not made to be in the servicing job. I really enjoyed coming to this specific location before and this is the one time I have received this type of service.

Food took too long to get. Wife ordered toast with her breakfast, toast was brought after she finished her breakfast. I asked for water, never got it. Family speaks both English and Spanish. Waitress only spoke in Spanish even after we were talking to her in English. Very rude and unprofessional. Other than that it was just OK.

My wife and I came in tonight to dine(6-17-22) we are visiting from out of state, we ended up at IHOP because everywhere else was super busy, our expectations were pretty low. The food was okay, but our waiter Jose Luis made our night! He writes positive, inspirational messages on his own personal time and brings them into work, after reading them, and having exceptional service from him, it made our 1st night here pretty awesome! I hope he reads this, keep doing what you are doing! The world needs more people like you! The world could use some positivity and a nice smile! Thank you for tonight! And thank you for what you do! Just meeting someone with your positive energy made our night, Thank you!

My server Chris was amazing!! The Best service I ever had in my life! He goes above and beyond and is super nice !! The whole staff is great! And the manager Alberto is amazing as well! I can tell he cares about this restaurant. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location . The food here is better than the other ihops !

Waitress at IHOP by Sunrise mall was terrible. The waitress only took orders after 30 minutes due to waitress social gatherings with friends. We asked for service another waitress took order. But, the waitress assigned to our table brought half our orders. We ordered pancakes and didn’t get ours because the waitress said the cook in the kitchen only does one item at a time. That was the reason we only got oily greasy eggs first. Pancakes were given to us after another 20 minutes after we got our eggs and bacon. The toast was also on it’s way because the waitress said the cook does the toast after the pancakes. WOW.. I never had my orders served by 15-20 minutes apart. Hum.. guessing the manager is not sure how to run this IHOP apparently the waitresses do their own thing. Never saw a Manager out checking on the services and orders. You could hear the cooks in the back yelling out to the waitresses that orders were ready and not picked-up. How sad. I can already see that restaurant closing due to bad management. I don’t blame the waitresses it’s not their fault the manager isn’t doing the job they’re hired to do. No longer an IHOP customer. Going to Denny’s instead They have good management and service.
