Jada was our waitress today and she was outstanding. We were a little slow and unfamiliar with the menu and she was very patient with us and even took the time to explain some things to my husband and helped him make his order. I got the avocado toast and it was delicious. The eggs were so soft just like I liked them and the portion was very generous. My husband got the senior sampler and everything was great. The pancake was fluffy and sweet. The place is always clean when we go there and everybody seems to be very nice.

Wonderful experience! Our server Christopher was prompt, professional and kind. Food was prepped in a timely manner and was delicious! Prepared like the old school vibe before the ihop/applebees transition which we prefer. Manager on duty Justin was doing a great job running his shift and taking care of his team. We will be back.

Forgot to take a picture of the food. This should speak volumes though. Evelyn cooked prefect. Great food, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. Wife and granddaughter enjoyed ourselves on a Saturday morning. It was real busy but the service was still outstanding. Jada and April are the type of professionals you want taking care of you. Will be coming to this location a LOT more! Keep up the great work. And thank you!

Gabe was our server and really awesome! He made the experience way better, I had just gotten a new computer and he made great conversation alongside giving me great advice on some video games! The food is always good here, you can tell they change the oil lol. Bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen in an ihop. They’re usually playing nice jazz that fits the ambiance if you go later in the day

This location feels so homey and welcoming. We already planned on making this our regular spot when we got there but lost any doubt by the end of our meal. Our waitress Hailey was incredibly kind and made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the meal. She didn’t rush us and was very patient with our 1 year old who was trying to talk to everyone who passed us.
We were going to drink one last cup of coffee before leaving but our baby was being fussy and I didn’t want to disturb others so I took him to the car. Later when my husband came to the car, he let me know that the manager David was kind enough tell my husband that I didn’t have to leave early and reassured us that families are welcome here. He sent us a cup of coffee to go with cream and sugar. It was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated.
I finally got to enjoy my coffee, thank you David and Hailey for a wonderful Sunday morning!

12/25/24 If you’re looking for a warm, festive atmosphere, this IHOP is the place to be! The employees were spreading holiday cheer by singing Christmas songs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their holiday menu was fantastic, with so many delicious choices to pick from.
Our table enjoyed the chicken strips, the breakfast sampler, and the bacon temptation omelette — all of which were incredibly filling and absolutely delicious. And of course, we couldn’t leave without indulging in their famous stacked pancakes, which were the perfect sweet treat to top off our meal.
The service was flawless, and having Zackry as our server truly elevated the experience. He was sweet, attentive, and super polite — qualities that are rare to come by these days. Zackry made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our visit special.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this IHOP. Great food, a festive vibe, and top-notch service — what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Clean busy. The waiter was nice and patient with my parents. We gave him complicated orders, and somehow, he made it work. He was attentive and polite. Thenfood came out fast, and it was good. I do wish the syrup was warm instead of just sitting at the table. Houston has an IHOP who brings several flavors out, and they are warm.

This is our new permanent IHOP. We drive from Stone Oak just to visit this location because the food is always perfect, service is prompt and friendly and the whole place is always tidy and clean. Today we had Brandon as our server and he was excellent quick, accurate and funny he really made our morning. If you’re in the area or just looking for a new regular place to eat my family and I recommend this location

First time at this Denny’s…we went in on a Sunday just before noon. It got pretty busy as we sat down and ate.
First off the staff was super nice especially the young man who took our order. Great manners!!
I ordered a basic breakfast as you can see in the picture. The eggs were a little over done for over easy. The bacon was perfect. As was the ham and sausage. The side of avocado was delicious. The hash browns were perfectly crispy as requested.
Come to think of it, I think I was supposed to have 2.pancakes on the side. Hmmm.
Good spot to eat.

We came in with 5 kids and 3 very tired adults, and our experience was wonderful! Our server was so kind and patient with the children while still being perfectly attentive to us grown-ups. From the food to the drink refills, everything was handled with graciousness and care. A whole team helped bring out our meals quickly, and even when we thought something was missing, it turned out everything was right there. The staff worked together seamlessly and made our visit smooth and enjoyable. I have to say, this is officially my favorite IHOP location — great service, great food, and an amazing team. Excellent job, everyone!
