Had a great experience here. Food was delicious and portions were big. Our waiter Chance was great, offering suggestions on what to order. We were seated quickly and food came out right away. Everyone was super friendly.

We stopped in at IHOP in Pleasanton TX today and our server, Chance, was great. In spite of being the only server he handled every table so well. I was impressed, and his fellow employees from the back helped him with getting orders out and clearing tables. Very good service!

My family and I were actually in town because of a funeral. As you can imagine we weren’t in the most cheerful of moods, but Rose was a fantastic waitress and absolutely made our night! Not only was her service fantastic and she was very accommodating when we wanted to make changes to our orders but she made us laugh on otherwise dreary night.

I occasionally come here on days off for a nice, quiet lunch. Today i had ordered classic burger with a 2nd patty. Waiting some 10-15 mins. First I felt a soft sting and taste of either dish soap or sanitizer and quickly spat it out. The waitress was nice and took it back to get remade. Other than that hiccup the remade burger the cook brought over tasted great like always.

They don’t charge properly.
I went here multiple times for the kids eat free 2-10pm and was just assuming they weren’t following the special because my kid was picking the wrong options on the kids menu. Or maybe darn it, it must be next week and the advertisement on the window and online is wrong. “It must be a me issue,” I said.
But no, it’s because they don’t want to give the free meal. I won’t go back because of it.
The food is really bad anyways. Like really really bad. I took my mom and told her the burgers are super bad dont get it, and she didn’t believe me. She got one and it was so bad she brought it up to the waitress (which is something our family does not do) at the register while struggling to get the kids eat free deal, her senior discount and my military discount. The waitress said, yeah we keep them frozen and really burn the heck out of them to cook them faster. That’s when we were told they usually just charge for the kids meal anyways.
So, yeah. Gross food, greedy manager, will never return, and I don’t suggest going.

It has been a long time since I stopped by this location. Food is typical iHop, which by itself is high 3 stars to 4 star quality. But the service at this location was awesome. Everyone was friendly and comfortable. Servers actually held conversations with customers and joked with them, yet made sure that the customers had their space for dining. This particular visit most of the employees were more elderly, and I have to say that the younger generation of servers really should get more training from the crew we had the joy of encountering this visit.

I had my first and LAST issue with this establishment as I won’t be back. The server named ROSE R who has a section to the right side once you enter stole from me after she took my card to pay for my meal. I called to the store and spoke with a “manager” and she said she couldn’t do anything and told me to call in a few days for the general manager. Spoke to the GM and she sounded concerned and said she’d give me my refund of the stolen money and that the woman would be fired. She said I could stop by to speak with her in person and lo and behold, the thief is still working and serving. So do not hand your cards to the servers or double check your receipts. This store protects thieves. The food is always served hot and tastes standard!

Staff and kitchen really slow. Not particular friendly. Order was delivered wrong, check was corrected though. Food is fast food style and not really fresh or of good quality. For example, fruit looks like frozen product swimming in some sugar sirup. Chicken was dry and fried to long. Visited ihop years before and remembered mediocre pancakes. Also this time, pancakes and coffee were the best items of our order.
