This is probably the best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. And that says a lot since I’ve been going to IHOP for over the last 20 years.
To set the scene as I was pulling into the parking lot, it was pretty packed, so I was already anticipating a long wait to be seated and then the wait at the table to get my food. Surprisingly, when I walked in, there was no wait upfront, and I was greeted and taken to a table immediately. Our waitress, Cindy was excellent. She checked on us often and make sure we had what we needed. Even though she checked in frequently, it was not overbearing like I have experienced with other waitresses where they catch you with a mouthful of food asking you a question expecting you to answer. I know you can all relate to such an awkward moment. The manager on duty, Sammy was also very attentive going around and checking in with everyone. And as packed as the restaurant was, I’ve never had my food come out so fast after ordering. Even the kitchen was on point this morning!!!
So shout out to this location and all the staff on shift this morning, you guys did an excellent job!

Placed a curbside order came parked in my curbside number and called the facility for 30 minutes because my 1 month old and 1 year old were in their car seat sleeping and I couldn’t carry them both. Finally decided to go inside told the lady I had been calling for 30 minutes she walked off with a snarly look on her face and said oh well there’s no help and walked away .

The worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. We understood it was Christmas and that there was going to be a wait. However, everything that happened was not because of the holiday. We waited an hour to get our food after watching several tables sit down, get their food and prepare to leave before we got our food. The entire time the staff didnt communicate the issues they were having. We had to ask if everything was OK. Then the waitress gets defensive instead of communicating the issues with an apologie. We were told several different excuses of why it was taking our ticket was taking so long. One was that the printer broke so they were having issues reading the tickets. The other was they didnt have enough plates and another is they didnt know what was happening. It’s completely understandable that things dont go smoothly 100% of the time. However, you have to communicate with your customers and keep them in the loop so we aren’t twiddling our thumbs for an hour having no clue why everyone around us was getting food and eating when they got sat after us. The manager never came by for a table touch to let us know why the wait was so long. The waitress had a better then thou attitude when we did ask. She never stopped by our table in that hour unless we called her over.
I understand mistakes happen and it’s gonna be extra busy because of the holidays. What’s not acceptable is leaving a table alone for an hour without checking in on them, not communicating known issues, and having an attitude when we asked why the wait was extremely long.

We go to IHOP at least twice a month and have never had such a bad experience. It started the moment we walked in. The waitress pointed to the booth but didn’t wait for my 91 yr old mom. The pancakes were under cooked and when I took to waitress and told her she made an ugly face. My mom had asked for tea and she had to be removed about her tea. The waitress told my mom to hold on she was the only one working. When she brought the tea she just dropped it on the table. I asked to speak to the manager and she wanted to know why.the manager wanted to make it right but it was to late. Never again

We finally found Andrea!!! We used to come eat breakfast and always asked for Andrea. We had a late evening and came at night to ihop and shes here at night!!!! We love her! She had us sat, our food out fast and hot and prefect even with my husbands allergy issues shes always so helpful and told me about the pumpkin pancakes in season and hands down recommended them. They are so good and she suggested trying with butter pecan syrup and they were sooooo yummy! We definitely will be back at night. Store was clean and staff was so nice. A tall gentleman even held the door open for me since I use a walker. 1000 percent recommend

I haven’t been here in awhile and I always remember why. The food wasn’t good at all, it seemed like the frying oil hasn’t been changed in ages. When do you bite into a hash brown and it feels like your eating a tree branch. When you charge 5 dollars a glass of 12 oz OJ each gosh I paid almost $30 for drinks alone. I mean what I paid for a frozen premade country fried steak I should of went to Roadhouse, because it would of cost the same.

Food is always fresh and service is amazing. Sammy, the manager, is very accommodating and helps with the tables. We love going there for a quick meal! Me and my husband went there for our last date night before I delivered my baby at 4am, I appreciate their hours and service!

Sammy was our server! He came in, from out of town, to help the Victoria store. Great customer service!!! He visited our table to ensure we were satisfied with our orders. Kept our glasses full of whatever we had to drink. Our food was fresh! Sammy is a great addition to that store! We appreciate your service! Keep up the great work!

Not the best IHOP. Service left to be desired. Waitresses barely said Hi. Food was OK at best. And cleanliness was lacking as well. I only went to try it because my friends wanted to go. I wont go here if it’s just for me.

Great experience, rose was our sever and she was so helpful and accommodating to us. She had stickers for our kids and really made our time wonderful!! Will go back to see her!!
