Monday was free Pancake Day at house of pancakes. So I went there and you get a stack of 3 pancakes absolutely free and they were absolutely delicious. I ordered iced tea and forgot to tell them unsweetened, so if you order tea there and you like sweet tea, it is like drinking syrup other than that, everything was great. When the waitress first waited on me, she knew it was gonna be free pancakes, so she was like, huh. When she waited on me, but when I left her tip, then she smiled.

Vannessa was really helpful and kind when it came to taking our orders. Food came out amazing and Vannessa was quick to queck up on us. Vannessa was amazing and I can’t wait to come see her again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We had breakfast for dinner!! It did not disappoint… Omelette was great and the pancakes were cooked perfectly. The butter melted on my stack and the syrup complimented them well. Dr. Pepper was flat even the replacement drink. Overall good value for the meal.

Warm greeting upon entering and seated immediately. Orders were taken in a timely, but then…It took FOREVER for the food to come out. A table seated after us received their food before us and just as one of us were asking about it, the food started coming out. Since we were pressed for time, we had to hurry and eat.

We visited this place on October 23rd, 2020. It was our first visit to this location during the pandemic. We waited to be seated for more than 10 minutes. There were two waiters and one manger helping them for the entire restaurant ( which had more than 10 tables at time). The waiter was great, very friendly and welcoming. Although, it took forever to get our check because the waiters shortage. Mask is required, and social distancing is enforced. Food is super delicious and fresh.

Their wait staff isn’t paying attention to orders or food coming out. It’s very cold in there and it shouldn’t be… The owner or Supervisor is out there checking on customers and helping take orders to the tables and shouldn’t be without proper PPE or proper grooming…
We found a few of his white hairs in my daughters food
We told them and they replaced what was ordered but that just messed up the entire meal for my daughter.
