Staff were friendly and attentive. Pancakes and waffles for kids were good, as this is expected for their staple item. Hashbrowns were barely cooked through, with only a slight browning on the outside. Eggs Benedict came out with essentially hard boiled eggs on top. Not worth the trouble to get everything remade.

Food was decent, order omelet but the blueberry pancakes were bad. The store was disgustingly dirty and mold was on the ceiling. The floor was sticky and it smelled like sour milk. Our server was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Will not go there ever again.

I’m very disappointed. Dining was very bad, and the server didn’t know anything very bad experience, they give pancake without strawberry syrup and banana on top. They gave on the side, so we do it our self, and for Togo order, there is no pancake syrup, for the billing part they charged me 3 time separate tickets they even don’t knw how to do in 1 check. very disappointed.

Waiters here are super lazy. 2nd time I’ve been here in 2 weeks and had horrible waiters both times. 1st time was a Saturday morning, so super busy. The table next to us requested for a different waiter and we should have done the same. We did complain to a manger who had a talk with him, and service improved. Tuesday evening, super slow, we are 1 of the 4 tables in the entire restaurant and there are 8 waiters. We waited about 10 minutes just to put in our drink order and then I asked if there are any specials and she said there weren’t any…which was a lie and I even addressed her about it and then the menu was presented for the specials. My husband ordered over medium eggs and received eggs with the egg white area still runny. His French toast was still undercooked and had chocolate on his soggy buttermilk pancakes. This Tuesday evening manager didn’t seem to care like the other one did. This one gave us a discount which we could have cared less about. We just wanted to have an enjoyable dinner. We will never come back to this IHOP again.
