Makayla welcomed me and had great service skills. It’s Veterans Day and I ate alone I was seated in a good area where I could be comfortable. I saw her hustling and working very hard! The food was made fresh and warm.

This is my first time being in Texas and my server. I think her name was Zaniyah. She was so great. She had a smile on her face. She was very enthusiastic and she just all gave me the best waitress service I’ve ever had. I came into IHOP after finishing a long cyber case and just needed some breakfast and a chance to decompress and Zaniyah honestly made my whole morning. She was the best server I’ve had in a long time. Super welcoming right when I walked in, very attentive, and checked on me the perfect amount without hovering. My food came out fast, everything was correct, and she kept my drink filled the entire time without me even asking.
After a stressful start to the day, her positive attitude completely turned it around. Great service like that really stands out. If you go to this IHOP, definitely ask for Zaniyah she’s the reason I’ll be coming back.

The servers were on the phone and completely unresponsive and unhelpful. The Spanish server was particularly rude. We had ordered a birthday cake, but he informed us that they didn’t offer that. However, our app clearly states that the birthday person receives a free cake. This was a disappointing experience, and we would advise against visiting this location. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the branch could hire staff who are proficient in multiple languages to assist customers with language barriers.
