Best pancakes in town because of the different combinations and varieties. Got the new coffee cake pancake. It’s no coffee in it. But it tasted similar to a coffee cake or cinnamon streusel. I would have liked to see more of the brown sugar crumbles like what’s in a real coffee cake. Still was pretty good. Loved how tender the steak was on the egg Benedict. Tasted like it was flavorful roast on an English muffin. The lemonade is my favorite because it’s made with a spritzer for the base and they add the syrup and real strawberries. My kids loved iHop more than I expected.

IHOP is hands down the BEST restaurant experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The staff treated me like family — friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to make sure everything was perfect.
The food? Absolutely incredible. The pancakes were fluffy, golden, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious — easily the best I’ve ever tasted. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.

What a good experience wow. Came with some friends today during the freeze-over, walked from the house about 30 minutes and were surprised at how friendly and accommodating Kari and Deanna were! The only 2 employees in the house, running the show like bosses! Even gave a friend a spare portable charger she had while we waited. Top tier experience on a 20° day, thank you guys!

Went here on 1/14 at approximately 2130, had a significantly different experience then I had recently at the Waco ihop. For starters they have Diet Pepsi here which most restaurants that serve Pepsi products do. The server introduced himself as Christian straight off the bat with no prompting necessary, I ordered the same meal I had at the previous location except I asked for recommendations about certain substitutions which he recommended immediately and I enjoyed immensely. He continues to check on me during the service making sure my drink was filled up and even offered me a togo drink at the end, all in all a vastly improved experience at this location and I should think all locations should take this as their shining example of how all restaurants should be moving forward. Receipt is justed posted as proof that when great service is given, a decent tip is earned.

Kari and Deana were absolutely amazing. Not only were they great servers, but their cooking was top-tier as well. You can tell they truly care about what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the food to the service and made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. Friendly, attentive, and talented in the kitchen. People like Kary and Dianna are what keep customers coming back. Highly recommend!

My server Gwen from store #3028 is AMAZING. I eat out a lot and I can’t remember when I ever had this top notch beautiful service before. *UPDATE* After our first attempt to dine in here the GM for the area reached out and had my family back offering 2 free meals! Food was good, staff were good. Overall not a bad place (must have been an off day when we first attempted). See below for original comment:
Disaster! Table for four seated at 11:20. By 12:20 we all left because our food still wasn’t out. Multiple guest got up and left as well. IHOP was empty and there were plenty of servers available. Very very cold inside as well. I believe the issue is in the kitchen. I would give this place a few months and hopefully new management.

The food was amazing. I always go for the french toast when I come, but this time I got the Brunch Burger with avocado and a side of onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection and the onion rings were nice and crispy. My server was so sweet and attentive, and the rest of the staff was all around great. Definitely coming back here!!
