My experience at IHOP was made exceptional thanks to our waitress, Andrea. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a bright smile and genuine warmth that immediately set a positive tone for the meal. She was attentive without ever being intrusive — the kind of server who always seemed to appear right when you needed something, whether it was a coffee refill or a side of syrup.
What stood out most was Andrea’s professionalism and kindness. She handled a busy dining room effortlessly, making sure everyone around us felt just as cared for as we did. Our food came out perfectly, and when my order needed a small adjustment, she fixed it cheerfully and quickly — no fuss at all.
It’s rare to come across someone who can make you feel at home in the middle of a breakfast rush, but Andrea absolutely does. She’s a true asset to IHOP, and I’ll definitely be asking for her next time I visit!

Our waitress Bree was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us often and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Service like this truly makes a difference in the dining experience. Good morning at six a m to place her to go order after my order was about to come out a minute later.He tells me hey, i’m sorry we don’t have crepes.I was like wow. I don’t understand why he didn’t tell me before. I paid the extra money for my crepes, so I just said, you know what? Just give me a refund for the crepes. And I’ll be on my way. He refused to give me a refund because there was no manager on the proper.Thus, I could not get my money back but I could not stay because I had to get to work. This is not fair to a customer that cannot get a refund because there is no manager on property.I would think a business would always have someone on property to handle small little issues like this. After talking with a general manager, he told me he was going to refund me.My whole order and would take up to 5 business days to get my money back. He lied to me.He did not give me my full refund. These guys are a joke, even the general manager lied. He told me the person that was there. That morning was the manager, so basically he. Refused to give me a refund, and now the general manager had told me he was going to give me a full refund and only gave me a $1.99. It’s okay, it’s the principal.These guys are a joke
