Shoutout to the night shift crew at IHOP! Diana, Victoria, Wesley, and Denise were absolutely top notch.
The staff is genuinely friendly and creates such an enjoyable, welcoming atmosphere.
I really love the vintage photos — they add so much character. That said… the skateboard picture feels a bit random and out of place. Whoever chose that one might want to revisit the decorating strategy
One tiny note: it’s a bit chilly inside. Do you offer IHOP sweatshirts for staff? If not, you should! Providing them as part of the uniform (yes, free!) would be a great example of management showing care and pride for the TEAM. Overall, wonderful experience and fantastic service!

Had a great visit at IHOP thanks to Diana. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do, and it absolutely shows.
Service was smooth, the experience was easy, and Diana made the whole stop feel comfortable and pleasant.
Next time I am in from Alaska I will definitely be back.

Everything was great, and I will like to add the name of a server that is a great host as well, but there is not space in this survey or on my bill for her name.
Usely Business do care about diferentes things but hurdle have recognition to the person who’s willing to take care the business and the customer ,I have my own business and I know I need to acknowledge my employees, because without them there were not existing businesses.

Dennis and Diana are officially the bestest in the westest. Top tier service, big smiles, and they somehow make pancakes taste even better.
Also… can we talk about those quesadillas? Absolutely yummy. Like “why don’t I order these every single time?” level yummy.
10/10 would happily waddle out of here again

Coffee cup was dirty had lipstick all over it. Service was ridiculous. Had to wait a long time to get seated even after servers saw us standing there multiple times. Cook had to sit us and another gentleman that was waiting there for a while.

Diane has always been friendly, professional, a joy to see when we come 3 to 5 times a week. She knows what we want, comes with hot coffee for us and a big ole cup of French vanilla. She is family to us and she makes this IHOP in Weatherford warm and friendly 24/7. If I was corporate I’d look into promoting her, I say that as I am a self employed business owner.. this ihop needs more workers like her with her work ethic.

The best waitress in town . Sunday mid morning waited less then 10 minutes for table, not bad at all. Manger i watched him manage his staff by working alongside everyone. Including a huge cleanup after very large messy family. What a great experience we had. I am very happy to leave reviews for such hard working people. Thank you Claudia D for your excellent service to our table.

Have always loved ihop due to the quiet and calm environment. Liz was amazing and frequently checked in, made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat or study for exams. Highly recommend.

Bladden was great! Made our grandson a special iced coffee like he likes it. Music was a bit loud but we were in the corner booth so it was doable.
