Huge thanks to the amazing staff at IHOP in Hurst! They were incredibly helpful in setting up a great visit from my brother who came in last place in our fantasy football league.
He had to eat a pancake, dressed in a pink tutu and full princess ballerina outfit. They made sure everyone in the restaurant had a great time and encouraged people to join in the fun and take pictures.
Little did my brother realize it, but the manager Linda and staff were in on it. Luis made sure to get lots of pictures and had him wait stay around a while so more people could join in the fun!
Was told the food and service were amazing as it always is there.
Here are some of the funny pictures of the great staff, and of course, my brother that bearded ballerina! LOL
The staff told us he was super cute and we’re going to post a few pictures online! I hope they invite him back again as he still has to eat a few more pancakes as part of being our fantasy football loser.
Thanks again! Please let us know if you him to come back to this location again or if we should have him go to a different one!

I had a great experience at IHOP on Christmas night. I was seated within about 10 minutes, and the service was great, especially considering it was a holiday. Everyone is always really kind when I come here, which is why I keep coming back.
I did want to mention one small thing from tonight, not as a complaint but just as feedback. I stopped in hoping to grab a coffee to go since I work just a few minutes away because I honestly love IHOP’s coffee. I let the server know I was only wanting a coffee, and she was very kind about it, but I ended up waiting about 20 minutes and didn’t get the chance to order before I had to leave because my work break was over. I was really craving a coffee, so that part was a little disappointing.
Overall, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the great service, especially on such a busy holiday. Still a 5-star experience for me.

Came in early on a Thursday morning for breakfast. Luis, my server was fantastic, super cool guy. Took really good care of me. I was doing business while eating so I was taking a little bit of time. He made sure to let me know there was no rush. The food was excellent as usual. And the atmosphere was just what I wanted, low-key and well lit.

This IHOP location has truly become our go to spot for family meals. Every time we come, the restaurant is spotless, welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond.
From the moment we walked in, the service was impressive. We had four kids with us and asked for a booth, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating, he found us a spacious booth right away without any hesitation.
Our waitress, Faviola, was absolutely wonderful. She was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. We never had to look around or wait for anything, she checked on us often, refilled drinks before we even asked, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waiter Luis! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we ordered it, and they checked in at all the right times without hovering.
He were patient, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he takes pride in his job because the service was smooth, quick, and genuinely kind. It made our meal so much better.
