I ordered my veggies omelette this morning. I waited almost 25 minutes and finally came my omelette like shown in picture; without fruits bowl. I talked to the server and he brought in plastic cup . In other location they usually bring in colorful fruits in small bowl. What a joke !!

The place is beautiful, clean, and modern. We were attended to very quickly, and the service was great from the start. The food was delicious, and on a recommendation we tried the dulce de leche pancakes, they were absolutely amazing!
Demetrius helped us during our visit, and he is simply the best! His outstanding attention and service improved our experience by 1000%. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.
We really enjoyed our visit and are sure we will come back. Highly recommended!

Lamis was our server. 4 seniors. I have had good service & food before but none that exceeds the service & food we received today. And the atmosphere, wow!!! Very comfortable & pleasant even with the children. Whomever decided to hire Lamis made the best decision. Ever let her go & it’s your loss. She excels above any adults that has have ever taken care of me or us. Because of her kindness & care from start to finish, she will be why we return. Great job!!! Make her a manager. She could do it & everyone could learn from her. Way to go Lamis!!!!!

My family and I came to IHOP, and even though it was busy, everyone made us feel so welcome. The manager, Su, greeted us with such warmth right when we walked in. Trinity was so sweet and attentive, and Matt made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. You could tell the whole team was working hard, but they still took the time to make our experience special. We’ll definitely be back!

I came with my family for National Pancake Day, and even though it was busy, Su (the manager), Matt, and Trinity were amazing. Server was super friendly, food was less to be desired, sausage came out cold in the middle, hash browns were grease filled to the point i had to wrap my fork with the napkin to hold onto it, sunny side up eggs had so much raw egg white to it I had to scrap it off, finished it off cause the wait was already long and I hate wasting food, at lease the pancakes were good

I almost never walk out of a restaurant, but tonight I had to.
This IHOP is disgusting. Every booth and table was sticky and unclean, and the floor of the entire dining area looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. We had to ask to be moved to a table not covered in straw wrappers and food crumbs.
The service was lousy. The waiter, a very earnest but flummoxed young man, had trouble taking our order. He made a few errors that came out with the food.
But the food was what clinched our walkout for us. We each ordered an omelette and pancakes. The pancakes were crumbling and looked hours old, and the omelettes were greasy piles of yellow goo. It was sloppy and smelly. We each took a single bite, and found the egg rubbery and greasy. Maybe the griddle isn’t cleaned on Saturdays. We also asked for coffee with our meal, and a side of hollandaise sauce. The coffee never came, and he brought an ice-cold cup of goop we assumed was the right sauce.
We walked out, having eaten only a single bite. The waiter chased us out to the parking lot, saying we forgot to pay. “That’s okay,” I told him. “We didn’t eat it.”
Judging from the other recent reviews, this place has chronic trouble keeping clean and keeping decent help. Good luck to them.

I’ve been coming to IHOP in Euless off of 121 since I was young. It’s been my and family’s go to place for pancakes or whenever we’re just wanting some comfort food. The service and food is great!! They never disappoint. Church is an exceptional server and goes above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend the glade location enough!!

Took am hour to get my meal and when it came out it was cold and manage refused to give me discount and had a bad attitude! People next to us got the same treatment and when ask to speak to manage she refused to come out. We literally had to make her come out and remove the food i didn’t eat cause it was to cold! The waiter did try and do the best he could still gave him a good tip, but the manager was the worst i will never go back to this spot! Second shop i went to that made me not want to go to another shop! So sad cause it use to be my favorite breakfast spot!

Amazing food! I ordered the New York cheesecake pancakes and split breakfast meal and dont regret it at all! I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future. Christine was a wonderful waitress very polite and helpful with recommendations on the menu!
