Been awhile since I have been here. So, I took my family to breakfast and was a bit of a disappointment. The first thing I noticed was that my pancakes were overcooked and hard to chew. Hard on the outside and not fluffy at all. My chicken fried steak was adequate but had an aftertaste. I could not quite put my finger on. My bacon was cold upon arrival. The service was not bad but could have been a little better. Using past visits as an example, I would definitely say there was a lack of enthusiasm as well as a large deteration for the quality of food and service

Worst service I’ve had at IHOP and that is saying a lot. We were the only people in there in the waitress still did not bring us what we ordered. Not only that but the tables were sticky other tables were not picked up. There was even a child working up there picture included. We should have realized when it was a ghost town to just keep going. Won’t make that mistake again

The Burleson Ihop is my go-to place when my husband and I are in the mood for breakfast. I’ve been there many times and have always had great customer service. The food is quick to come out and always tastes great. I was there for supper today. Shout out to our waitress Maria, she was great!

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while. The floors were sticking to our shoes. The waitress ignored the table after sitting us at a dirty table. Brought out 2 of 3 meals completely incorrect. Then proceeded to get another order wrong. The restaurant only had 2 other tables seated and were very well staffed. The food was awful. It was just an absolute disaster. Will never return. Get this place a manager. A good one. Fast.

Had a lady who was serving me and my girlfriend straight up put her hands on the table, and didn’t ask but just waited till we said something, And then took a whole 10 to 15 minutes to grab our food from the counter to give it too us. Not only that but we had to get someone to give us our check.

The wait was a bit long, but that was just because of mother’s day. The food was really good. And the service was amazing. They where kind and checked on how we where doing and if we where okay and if we needed anything else. All in all a great place to eat.

I love Ihop. In the past my experiences have been rough at this location. But Ralph has really made me change the way I feel about this Ihop. I’ll be coming back just for Ralph! He had my husband and I laughing and made the entire experience really enjoyable. The food was delicious!
