Makayla is amazing. Super sweet and very attentive to everything we needed. Never had to ask for refills. And brought everything out super fast and with a amazing smile and attitude. Will definitely be back. If you go ask for her you wont be sorry.

My partner and I stopped in for breakfast on a whim today and were left feeling pretty disappointed and with upset stomachs. The employees are nice enough, but not particularly on top of things. I ordered a regular blue raspberry lemonade and was instead given a splasher. My partner and I both asked for crispy bacon and were both given floppy, chewy bacon. My partner asked for soft scrambled eggs and was instead given medium. Both of our silverware was dirty when unwrapping it, covered in an oily film and fingerprints. We asked for another pair – both the new sets were also dirty. The bag we were given for our to go boxes was covered in sticky syrup. To top it all off, we both were running for the bathroom due to bowel distress after getting home. All around just not worth the wild amount of money they charge for their food. I will not be bothering with this restaurant the next time I feel like splurging.

IHOP knocked it out of the park! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was a win. The restaurant was clean, warm, and actually welcoming not that forced “hi welcome to IHOP” voice. The staff was genuinely friendly and on top of their game. Makayla, our waitress didn’t just take our order; she treated us like a valued human being, checked in without hovering, and made sure everything was exactly right. The food came out fast, hot, and looking like the menu pictures for once. The pancakes were fluffy in a way that makes you briefly reconsider your life choices, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. You could tell the kitchen was locked in and running like a well-oiled machine. We left full, happy, and honestly impressed. Most places these days feel short-staffed and chaotic, but this IHOP delivered efficiency, quality, and kindness like they were hosting Sunday brunch at church.
10/10 — I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a great meal and even better service, this location is worth the stop.

Marina’s service was very good. I had a craving for something particular, and she made it happen. Marina was polite and prompt! My partner has diabetes and can only have certain foods, but they have options for dietary restrictions. I had hash browns with onions and cheese, which I then topped with 3 over easy eggs, and I also had a side of cheese grits! Best breakfast I’ve had in a while! We will return soon.

I had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Clayton! He was very attentive without hovering, super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. My order came out exactly right, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely care about giving good service. I’d definitely come back just because of how well he took care of us! Highly recommend.

Emlea went above and beyond to make our meal amazing. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to accommodate any request we had. What stood out the most was her genuine friendliness! She made us feel like valued guests from start to finish.

Our drinks stayed full, the cook time was perfect and she checked on us at just the right moments. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and it absolutely shows.

We left with full stomachs and big smiles. Truly one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

Management at this location is lacking in the moral aspect of customer service. I witnessed an elderly couple in their 80s waiting for 30 minutes to be seated while there was an open 4 seated table. When asked, multiple employees including the manager stated that it would be rude to seat them ahead of the 2 other parties who had been there longer, even though the other 2 parties were both far to large to fit at the 4 seated table. This table sat unoccupied for 45 minutes. They made this elderly couple sit there and wait until the other 2 parties received tables, just to then put them at the exact table that was open the entire time. Any member of customer service that doesn’t see the issue with this scenario, should be in a different job role. It’s genuinely a shame to see an elderly couple treated this way. I seriously don’t understand what has happened to customer service these days.

Other than the issue with the hosts and manager, the waitress that served us, Tonya, was absolutely phenomenal. I have been waited on by her countless times over the past decade that I’ve been coming to this location, and she is the only reason I don’t give this review a 1 star. I’m trying to be objective about the rating, and if I were rating just her, this would be a 5 star review.
