Overall not a bad experience, food was mid as always but my server Jovana made sure I got it fresh and quick. She took good care of us and I’ll make sure to ask for her next time I come back.

I’ve been coming here for years. Service and food are overall great. The reason I gave 2 stars comes down to 2 things. First this place is failing on cleanliness. They need to step it up on cleaning the entire restaurant. A stricter and deeper cleaning regime is needed for sure. Second, I ate a meal today and the meal was great. Everything Went well hit at the end of the meal when i was about to pay a small baby roach crawled up the booth wall next to me. No one wants to see that when in a food establishment. I immediately felt nauseated . Paid and left. I don’t plan on returning to this location and just hope the manager sees this and addresses these 2 major concerns.

I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waitress, LaTrecia. She was overly friendly, very much attentive, and also made sure everything at our table was taken care of from the moment we sat down. She checked on us regularly without being intrusive and kept our drinks filled the whole time.
LaTrecia had a really positive attitude and made my friend and I feel more than welcome, which made the whole meal more enjoyable. Our food came out correctly and she made sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to have someone who clearly cares about giving good service. I hope y’all bless her with a Gift Card or something cause she’s the Best!

I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Latrecia! From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. She stayed on top of everything — my drink never ran empty, the food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Great service like that makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.
If you get the chance, ask for Latrecia — she’ll take great care of you. 5 stars all the way!

There was a small wait but didn’t mind that. Was seated and order was taking. I ordered the sampler with double bacon, ham and hash browns cooked on both sides. When food came it had bacon and sausage, everything else was right. I advised of no sausage so she took plate back and changed but this time she changed my hash browns so now they are undercooked to my liking. I just said forget it and just didn’t eat them because I can’t understand why you didn’t just bring me 2 peices of bacon, not change my whole plate.

LaTrecia is one of the best servers. Was very attentive. Informed us the restaurant didn’t have any cups . Immediately would find a solution to the issue and provide amazing care and service. With servers like here the show goes on!!! I left happy and with a full belly can’t really complain .

Alexis gave us outstanding service! From the moment we were seated, our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever feeling rushed. Drinks were always full, food came out exactly as ordered, and their positive attitude truly made the experience memorable. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had — we’ll definitely be asking for them again!

La’Trecia was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She kept our drinks filled, checked in at the right times, and had such a positive attitude that really made the experience better. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and she made us feel welcomed the entire time. Customer service like hers is hard to find—IHOP is lucky to have La’Trecia. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again.
