Steak tri tips. I am impressed with this one. I will order it again. Your chef ser the standards high today. Coffee was hot and really good. Great staff too. Yes. And it is awesome. Try it. Forgot to take a picture. Sorry. Next time

Probably my worst experience there. We had a big group of people. About 1 item was missing out of every other meal. Some food didn’t come till 20 min after everyone else’s. And the worst part was we had a great waiter that was trying so hard for us and they sent him home cause he was hounding for us. They should of kept him there he was a good worker

did a mobile order tonight, they only gave us 2 out of our 3 meals. I didn’t know what the order was supposed to be asis was picking it up for my kids on my way home after work. tried to call the manager and he refused to refund the missing meal. I refused to accept that, and he said he would call me back. he calls me back and tries to assure that the food was there when it was not! worst management and now I get to fight with my bank for a refund

Listen, this was probably my worst dining experience ever. I am usually pretty laid back and easy going. My waiter, I believe his name is Adam, was complaining the second we sat down. He was loudly complaining about everything. He goes in the kitchen and loudly barks orders at the kitchen staff. The whole atmosphere was unsettling and bothersome. People go to eat to relax and enjoy themselves. Not have to sit and listen to constant bickering. We never received a single refill. My glass was empty before he even took our food order. My son’s food was 15min behind our food being delivered to the table. My omelette was missing cheese and when my son did finally get his food, it was something totally different than what he ordered. He decided to just eat it so we could get out of there. The whole icing on the cake was being charged $7.50 for one plain and dry waffle. You can get to me once, but I will never return again. I left extremely upset and full of anxiety.

Should’ve been a red flag when we walked in and one server basically ran. We’re a party of 8 four kids four adults. We came in around 9am on a Thursday and were seated quickly. The waitress D, bless her heart, was having a rough day and that, we were understanding too, but she messed up our drink order after us repeating it three times at least. We were offered to keep the wrong drinks for free, that’s fine, ok cool, she made it right but my coffee cup had red lipstick stains that were extremely noticeable so not sure why it still made its way to my table, but she brang me a new cup. Now when we ordered food was the real issue with me, we went around the table one by one in the same order we order we ordered drinks and took our time bc she was having a rough day. She even repeated the order back to us correctly, cool, but after sitting for about 20 min. We noticed other ppl getting the same food we ordered, coincidence at first we thought, but then we started paying attention to the food coming out noticed other waiters were snagging the food before D could figure out where our food was. Then after about ten more minutes she came up to us and apologized for the order not getting put in. It was obvious that the ppl who were seated and ordered after us were getting our food and it was more then one waiter doing it. D offered to pay our ticked and retake our order but we respectful declined and left. Manger was by the door when we left didn’t say a word to us. He also didn’t come address the situation as a manger should in this kind of situation. The employees at fault here were the manger and other waiters, as none of them offered to help her and it was obvious they were taking our orders to serve their guest. And to top it off that big of a mistake wasn’t addressed to us, the guest, by a manager. Highly unsatisfied by staff and how the manger was not running the show. He didn’t seem concerned by the loss of a big party and Ms D should’ve gotten more support from her manager and coworkers, they took advantage of her to snag her food to make their orders appear fast and her to appear incompetent Smh it’s just wrong!

Had an amazing experience visiting this Sherman IHOP. Thank you to all the amazing people that work there that made our breakfast joyful. Friendly and professional staff not to forget the amazing food they always offer. Keep up the fantastic work, will be returning soon.

I don’t know who the cooks are this morning, but you need more training!! The worst breakfast I’ve ever had in the Sherman IHOP! All microwave cooking is what it tasted like. Very disappointed. Service was good, but the preparation of the meal was horrible! Hey, kitchen staff, the waitresses do not deserve to listen to customers for your horrible meals you prepare!!
