My mother and I ordered grilled chicken club. After waiting almost 30 minutes we were brought a grilled chicken salad. When I stated that’s not what I ordered the waitress wanted to argue with me. She wished away the salads and after waiting another 20 minutes was brought out soggy bread that I’m pretty sure they just dumped the salad on top of. Horrible service. Horrible food. Will not go back to this location.

Maria was an amazing server! I never been to this IHOP. During a busy a day she still managed to check up on me. Very attentive and quick. I’ll definitely go see Maria again. Food was great too.

My spouse and I come here all the time the service is always great and the food is good to. Today our waiter Will was super friendly and very attentive. He made sure everything went smoothly from ordering to bringing the food out in a timely manner. I give his service a 10.

Manager Yelling At Staff/Cook While Restraunt Is Busy and Packed. Very Unprofessional. I’m sure the staff was just as uncomfortable as the customer. My server Brandi was amazing very sweet and quick. She gave great service!

The Gentlemen named Dustin is always exceptionally polite and as a doordasher he makes sure all of my food is in the bag and hot and ready for me to pick up. On top of his great Customer Service, im always impressed with how he presents himself to others and is communicative when it comes to anything that may have a hold up or if they’re short staffed his funny conversations definitely help the time pass

100% customer service oriented, I placed my order to go at the wrong location, but Nikki was able to help me cancel it and started working immediately on my order. She took one glance over my receipt and matched everything perfectly by memory and relayed it with the kitchen staff and ensured it was all there. Could not be more relieved to not have to wait longer and appreciate the helpfulness she exhibited the order took less than 10 minutes to come out and they even walked it out to my car. Thank you Nikki and staff!!!
