Very busy location, but clean, friendly service and great food! Our server Kristi let me know after I asked for no sides cause I’m eating low carb that I can have my omelette made with shell eggs cause the normal mix has pancake batter..that little piece of knowledge was so appreciated.. thank you for a great breakfast experience, my daughter loved her breakfast

I expected to enjoy this location due to the quieter atmosphere, but the food quality was disappointing. The shakes were watery, and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict lacked flavor. Overall, the meal was mediocre. While I understand it’s IHOP, a sit-down restaurant should maintain better consistency and quality. I hope improvements are made, but I would not return. Good concept with weak execution.

We decided to skip our local IHOP and drive about 25 minutes to this location because of the 4.5-star reviews, and we’re so glad we did! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we were hoping for.
Our waiter, Sergio, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Great service like that really makes a difference.
Definitely worth the drive — we’ll be coming back!

I have been coming to IHOP or over 30 years to celebrate my birthday and it never fails me. I always get treated right I always get my birthday song in my pancakes are always on print. There’s no place like I have special for your birthday. The coffee is always fresh and hot and the waitresses are always sweet and kind. Whatever y’all doing y’all need to keep it going and I think my waitress JJ she is so awesome.

Antonio was our server, he was absolutely amazing! Checked up on us often throughout our meal, super polite and sweet. You don’t often see servers like that anymore. The food was tasty and hot and our milkshake was absolutely delicious! Will be back again, was very impressed by the service quality.
