Located one mile away from dmv office , once our work was done we headed to this outlet for breakfast. It was amazing fresh start of day. We tried lemon ricotta crepe and egg Benedict with bacon and red potatoes. Outlet had desh morning feel and good food .

The atmosphere and face to face service was awesome. The food was also amazing. I am unable to remember the exact name of the burger plate I had but it was awesome. It was my kind of spicy and the cheese I chose was turned into a cheese crisp which just added that extra something! Just overall a truly wonderful experience.

This place stays busy! Servers are great! Place is a little outdated. Prices have gone up! What hasn’t?! But, when I order the pancake combo with juice or coffee and you add a 20% tip…my bill comes out to $19 for breakfast! I can’t do that anymore. 55+ menu is the way to go for me! Thanks for reading.

Food was great. The waitress was extremely helpful. I would say that this is one of the better IHOP restaurants we visited across the us. We stopped in 27 States and have ate at multiple restaurants over the last several weeks. Our server was very friendly kind and kept my coffee. She interacted with us in a friendly yet professional manner. The food was a little bit different as far as the portions. And the eggs were a little bit overcooked. But nonetheless it was very edible and well-presented

I placed an order online, no chance for miscommunication. All I ordered was an omlette with with bacon, Jack cheese, peppers, spinach and mushrooms. The only thing I got was the spinach and mushrooms. No bacon, no jack cheese, no peppers. I’m frustrated because I paid extra for these things and didn’t get any of it. I brought it back to a hotel room and noticed then how much it was missing and I don’t have time to go back and get it fixed. Also, the mushrooms weren’t cooked. Usually mushrooms are sautéed but that just may be the way IHOP does the mushrooms.

I’ve only had one bad visit to this IHOP. The rest have been okay to very good. I got a to-go order today and it was delicious. The pancakes were so light and fluffy, hash browns and scrambled eggs were good too. I ask for very crispy bacon. I even said burn it. Still wasn’t crispy. But I would definitely recommend this IHOP to anyone.

My husband took me this morning to get some breakfast to celebrate my birthday. It was busy but we didn’t have to wait at all. The food was delicious.Our waitress, I believe her name is Anna R, was super sweet and attentive. It’s’s hard to find people like this lovely young lady now a days. I hope next time we go we get the pleasure to get served by her again.

First time here, and we was sitted quickly to our booth. The waiter Ray was very kind with a smooth laid-back attitude in a positive way. Ray was very patient with us as we finally decided on what we wanted to order. He was very knowledgeable with the Menu, and our food came out fast. It was hot, delicious, and I will be back!
