Roxie was absolutely amazing and hands down the best server I’ve ever had at this IHOP. We actually overheard another server say they didn’t want our table, but honestly that ended up being a blessing because we got Roxie instead. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a great attitude the entire time. She made our visit fun, comfortable, and just an overall great experience. If you come here, ask for Roxie. She’s the best!

Worst experience at the Irving location. Waitress did not take order correctly but I paid anyway. Food was a bit cold, steak was overcooked and cold fries. Only had coffee for 1 1/2 serving. I was upset and just wanted to leave but had to wait on my children to finish their meal.
Had to ask a waiter for refills and he had he stated that he had to get our waitress which took over 10 minutes. We also he’d to wait approximately 15 minutes to pay.

Food was amazing temp and taste. This was after a Sunday night football game and while there was not alot of customers at the time, it appeared they were experiencing longer than normal times to get orders in and out due to limited staffing. Otherwise this is a good spot to get a good meal!

While on vacation we decided to try this place. Incredible!!!!!! How have we not been in an IHOP yet??? The food was beyond delicious and the waitstaff both mornings were phenomenal The coffee is good and strong ❤️

Our server wasn’t the best, we ordered food came quick but my hash browns were cold in the center and my pancakes weren’t cooked completely. She came back for a refill and then brought the check. Neither of us were even half way done. We also asked to keep a menu because we intend on getting food Togo and milkshakes. The location is nice and you can tell the atmosphere was very warm but we felt unwelcomed and rushed we spent 20 mins total because about 5 mins after she sat the check down she stood over us and asked “are we ready to pay or” she stood over as he pulled out his wallet because we were not ready to pay. Wasn’t busy so not understanding the rush

I ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito with no meat—clearly stated and confirmed. Yet, when I received my order, it had bacon inside. As someone who does not eat bacon, this was extremely disappointing and careless.
IHOP, this is not just a minor oversight—it’s a serious lack of attention to customer instructions and dietary preferences. What if someone had an allergy or religious restriction? This level of negligence is inexcusable.
I couldn’t even eat my food. It ruined my meal, my appetite, and my trust in your service. Please train your staff to read and respect order modifications. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a health and ethical issue.

I love this location! Every time we come, they’re short staffed but the servers always do a great job. Today, it was Sebastian! He was swamped with 8 tables, all by himself, and he was keeping everything going like a beast! We tend to wait a little but since covid, we’ve become used to it. It doesn’t even matter to us because our food is always hot and fresh, the service is always fantastic! He killed it and we appreciate his hard work!!
Also, kudos to this IHOP upgrading to the new system! I love that they can put the order in right at the table! That’s awesome!
