This is the 4th or 5th time I have come and I have received bad service all but one time. I am not a high demand person. I want my food and I want to eat it. Food great. Service sucks everytime. Got the never ending pancakes got one order that was it(this is after my server asked if I want her to order more and I said yes). She then went to another server’s section to chat with friends and show photos on her phone. Then came to one table took their order, walked by me to check on the next table, walked back by me and never said a word. 15 mins since the pancakes should have been ordered still no pancakes. Came back to second table and still nothing was said or anything. Finally I got up paid and left. Just horrible service. Mind you all I was doing was watching a movie while I ate. As I was sitting alone and don’t listen to people around me. I didn’t ask for everything under the sun or anything I did ask for a bigger plate for my second round of pancakes got the plate but no pancakes.

If you ever go to this ihop please ask for blue, she is one of the most honest straight forward, caring and probably the greatest worker there. I would go back just to see her lowkey, I don’t think over ever had better service anywhere!!! She is so sweet and awesome 100% going back often!

After a long day at the Renaissance festival we came here for dinner. We had a great time as a family. Our server Cody was amazing. He was so kind and patient with us. He did a great job tonight and treated me the way I treated my customers when I used to work in customer service. We had a “karen” sitting near us and she was being rude and awful even though cody was doing his best. I hate when I see customers behaving like that in public. Our food was delicious and service was great.

Jayci my server was a wonderful young lady. Normally I dont comment if I have nothing nice to say. Yet here we are. Food was cold. Good but cold. Service excellent. Portion size apparently falls on corporate. My meal was NONOWHERE as thick or size as portrayed. If corporate was more concerned about customers instead of lining their pockets that’d be great. Cutting a quarter piece of ham in half and passing it off as normal? Pathetic
I’ve never seen such thin scrawny sausages in my life. Pancakes used to reach plates edge. Now they barely leave the middle of the plate. Service was great. Cold food not so much. The farmhouse platter was the correct size if it was Fisher Prices Little People size. My food came andvI thought I ordered from the kids menu. As an adult. Until it changes I wont return. 21.00 I paid for a kids meal. Thanks. Thanks a bunch..

I have been to IHOP plenty of times and I haven’t had a better experience than I just had. Our server (Blue) is so friendly and great person to be around. She made our experience one of the greatest we have ever had.

The server needs to be retrained or properly trained! I understand they were busy, but to let ALL the food (including appetizers) sit under a heat lamp, to be inattentive, and almost clueless to the patrons in your area is unacceptable! She never came by while we were waiting on the food to make sure our drinks needed attention, we had to flag her down to get our drinks changed due to the syrupy nature of them. I was throughly disappointed! The food was warm at best and mediocre. I don’t recommend if it’s busy. Maybe if it wasn’t as busy, it would have been fine but being a waitress myself, I was highly disappointed and annoyed at the lack of attention we and other guests in this waitress’ area received!

The hostess wasn’t up fromt, we had to sit and wait in an empty restaurant, but she was very warm and kind. Our server was exceptional, and the food was great, the biscuits were aweful, like flour lumps, but the rest was amazing. The orange juice is 3.50 a glass I can get a whole carton of orange juice for 3.50, insanity!! But, it was clean, great people, great food!!
