Food is delicious when we can get it timely. Service is usually great but today was lacking. Manager, umberto, was kind and tried his best to make up the delay in arrival of all the order. I understand that there are circumstances that dictate this but our server seemed hard of hearing and did not remember any of our drinks or what we had even ordered. Photo is of one of the 5 entree’s ordered.

We went in just like we do almost every weekend, we go at least a Saturday or Sunday. Today we were being set in a section of a waitress who was rude to us before and only cared about getting outside to smoke a cigarette and when she came back you could smell it. We just passed it off because the food is usually good most times not right but with a few fixes of bringing stuff that was supposed to be in the meal. We were being put in her section today so asked for another waitress because of the experience we had the only time we had her. So they moved us to another section and the hostess went to tell the waitress we were set in her area. She looked at us with disappointment and I mouthed sorry to her. But after hearing her rant about the constant customer service she was having to offer and she had been trying to get off the floor to do something, couldn’t hear I could only assume she needed one of those cigarettes that everyone else was getting outside to do. I had to walk my 7 year old who always says ihop when we ask where she wants to go out the doors crying she wanted ihop. How hard it is to explain to a child who is upset that someone doesn’t want to service people. I’m just in aw of how these waitresses keep working there being like this. There is usually always attitude when we go there from most waitresses we get but we know what it’s like working in food as we have until the last 4-5 years and know how hard the days can be but you chose to work with people to work in customer service. We will not be dinning at ihop again after 3 years straight of coming there today was the last straw. Hopefully these ladies have a better day as it goes on, just know you broke my 7 year old daughters heart who had been waiting until this morning to go and eat there for lunch.

I always liked this place, but the last two times have cemented my decision to never reenter this store again.
Food was okay as usual, the first server on my visit was great! But on the second time, I ordered the same thing, if not less since I didn’t get flavored pancakes or strawberry toast.
The cost was the exact same, and I saw why; they charged me twice for lemonade.
Now, I’ve gone to this ihop quite a lot before, and I always get the blue splashes! However, I’ve never been charged a duplicate until now.
They were even trying to rush me out the door despite it being a 24/7 location.
I asked them about the lemonade when I first started coming here and they said they don’t. They didn’t do it last visit (few days ago).
Now all I’d a sudden I’m getting a duplicate charge?
I’m disappointed, this was my favorite dine in place in Bville. Guess I’ll just go to Boomerang Diner for pancakes instead.

I waited 2 hours. Not an exaggeration. Supposedly their cooks walked out. We got cold, raw food. When I complained the guy said there was nothing he could do.

Delores is your waitress to have! The I-Hop was running short handed. Didn’t matter to Delores F., she kept smiling on. She made the cloudy day a sunny one inside. Great piping hot food, service spot on, and free flowing coffee!

I will start with the service always pleasant and enjoyable most of servers are very attentive and polite the food is always good very consistent we come in for breakfast and we were informed about the $ 6.00 dollar menu when I ordered a 2x2x2 my server also told me about other choices well that is a value now days so good job ihop for offering a such a good value as I was leaving I noticed how clean the restaurant looked and I know that some times people don’t notice the hard work of other people we will definitely keep coming back

I went with my wife to ihop and it was a great experience. The staff was so friendly. The food was picture perfect. It wasn’t loud in the restaurant which I like. Great experience!

Michelle J is the best server here! She always gets our order correctly and makes the experience friendly and happy. Much better than some of the other servers we have experienced here. That girl deserves a promotion!
