What a nice surprise this IHOP was! Busy in the breakfast-rush but we were greeted, seated & served immediately. Food came out lightning quick! Clean & mostly updated decor and very good food: a huge omelet (but my hubby asked for no onions & somebody forgot)- just-right crispy bacon, and my Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Crepes were actually very good (less ricotta, more blueberries please!) Attentive server Wendy was friendly & efficient.

First time dining in at this location. The place was packed, 15-20 min wait when we walked in. We were sat in under 10 min. The staff and service were pretty good. All of our food was good and didn’t take long at all to come out. We’ll be back.

I decided to grab a late dinner at this place since I’ve always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. What a mistake that was. Arrived around 930pm on 12/29/22 and waited to be seated for about 8 min. The place wasn’t busy at all. The waitress finally came out and seated me at the back corner where no other patrons were. Took my order 5 minutes later and then I waited an additional 37 mins to get my food. Upon arrival of the food I was told there was no white gravy and it was served. Upon looking at the dish I could see the eggs and hash browns were overcooked and greasy. The steak was cold as well as the pancakes since the butter didn’t melt.

The food was good. The guy taking orders did great even though he was doing everything else. it was busy, and only one guy was taking orders, seating people, and delivering food to tables. Had 2 managers sitting there watching him go crazy and staff from back was constantly going in and out of building. I had to go back in due to items missing. Overall, it took about 1.5 to get food.

Service was good, food came out good. Wasn’t so busy for the time we went which was surprising. The crepe was ok not as good as I was hoping, the cheese bacon omelet was really good, pancakes were good as usual.

The food was so tasty. They serve you plenty, even the coffee tasted good. The service was perfect. I can’t remember her name, but she was so patient, she got all our meals right and timely. I really enjoyed eating breakfast here.

Smells bad and staff is rough looking. The food takes to long to get out and they were dead when we ate. I’d be scared at the wait if they were busy. Expensive for the food you are getting. My Belgian Waffle was a touch under cooked, but still tasted good (2000 calories though)

Worst service ever. My hash browns were cooked too hot and for too short of time. To top it off they plated my chicken fried steak on top of them to hide their work. Couldn’t really get refills for the first 30 minutes and sent our food to someone else so they had to re make it. Come on guys, I know we can do better.
