This location is so much better than the one in Midwest City! The food was absolutely delicious. I would have given it 5 stars across the board, but the server never provided me or asked me if I wanted a refill once until we were ready to leave. Also, the vagrants from the area were allowed to sit by us and sleep. That made me extremely uncomfortable.

Absolutely horrible. The lemons were dry so they sat for a good few days. The menu was sticky and not cleaned at all. Getting a seat took forever. And trying to get someone who would take our order was even worse. Won’t be coming back.

Food and service were great. We were seated very quickly. Just our table/Botha seat cushion was torn. It wasn’t going to discouragement from eating but just wonder what store manager thinks about the experience. Chocolate pancakes were really what I was looking for.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I have never been completely ignored. Came in with 3 people and were sat at a table by the manger. The restaurant had maybe 5 tables in total. Had tge server serve every one, but us. No drinks, greeting, or anything. Sat their for 35 minutes. Made eye contact with server several times and nothing. We ended up leaving as we were very hungry and just being completely ignored even though they saw us multiple times. Now I am sitting at Black Bear Diner getting the best service. Come to Black Bear people!!!!

We visited thus place on July 18. Fast service which was great as the temperature inside felt like the dead of winter. Sat there shivering the entire time eventho the manager did turn the thermostats up. It never warmed up

I have been to many IHOP locations and this place does not represent the most. If I could rate negative I would. Very unprofessional staff. Waiters do not wear uniform, their normal clothing with rings on all fingers getting in food while they serve etc. Tables, menus are sticky with food and dirty. Server response times are horrible – we asked for napkins, I don’t know how long it was but we did not wait just left without being served. If I was corporate, I would do an unannounced inspection.

Horrible staff and management. Our bill for $23 with a $2 tip (for horrible waiter) was doubled on the credit card statement. Not sure if the waiter gave himself a $25 tip or if he rang the check through twice, but our billed amount was $48. Visited the manager in person and called her several times to see if the server rang the ticket twice or gave himself a huge tip. She kept saying she would find the receipt I signed and never followed through. Finally just filed a dispute with the credit card company and won. Worthless management

Food was cold. One order took 40min the other took almost an hr. By the time my daughter got her food everyone else was done. We had a party of 16. Everyone’s food came out cold. EVERYONES. Our server was amazing and manager was pretty cool. But the food and food service as fast as cooks was terrible

Incredibly long wait, since we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant in the early evening hours. One waffle had a COLD side (how does THAT even happen), but we did t complain since we had been waiting NINETY MINUTES for our food. Yes. 90 minutes. By the clock. Atmosphere would’ve been rated higher if one of the older male waiters hadn’t been staring my 19 year old daughter up and down. Service would’ve been rated higher if the server would’ve entered our food order into the system after taking it–that MIGHT have sped up the process.
