This IHOP is one of my favorite locations to sit down, relax and have a great breakfast meal anytime of day. I love that it is 24/7 so I have shared sweet memories ordering IHOP at 3 am with my partner, and I love being able to come in and receive incredible service from DIEGO, who has consistently taken care of me. As a matter of fact, I look forward to this IHOP because of his friendly demeanor and charisma. He is a gem in this industry, coming from someone who also works in the restaurant industry. Food is always amazing despite the simplicity of pancakes & eggs, they are always fluffy with satisfying portions. Great location with amazing staff.

Celia was fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy from the moment we sat down. Our coffee stayed full, the food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount without hovering.
She handled a busy shift with a great attitude and genuine kindness. It’s rare to find service that makes you want to come back just because of the person — Celia absolutely does that. I’ll definitely be asking for her next time.

Came on a busy saturday and was seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress, Bryanna, was super kind and very bubbly. It was a really nice start to the morning. Drinks came immediately, coffee and chocolate milk was good, and our food came out pretty quick. Food was super yummy and even noticed they brought back the flavored syrups!
IHop, like everywhere else, is more expensive now, but this location is definitely worth it.

Food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes later, I still don’t have a side of grits that I paid for. Kitchen staff were VERY unprofessional and were prioritizing goofing off, servers had to keep reminding them to do their job. They had no problem remembering utensils, BUT the utensils have syrup packets stuck on them that are broken open and leaked out. Disappointing….
