We had some of the best customer experience I have had in a while here. We were served by Debra who was quick and friendly, who paid extra attention to our order.

this is the second week in a row i’ve come here and had star as my server, and lemme tell ya they have earned that name and all 5 of the ones i gave em. this time he was really busy, and was very apologetic for the wait times. but there were many orders placed before mine, so i totally understood and told her that. absolutely will be coming back. food was excellent both times too. i have zero complaints, and that’s not just me being nice. fantastic service all around at this restaurant.

Walked in and was seated right away. I ordered coffee and the breakfast sampler. A whole pot of coffee, cup, and cream were delivered to my table. In short time the sampler plate and side of pancakes were presented. Everything on my plate was prepared nicely and tasted good. My waiter was professional and attentive. I have been here many times and this typically of what takes place. But there is a downside. Many of the customers are older and are hard of hearing. With this in mind often the older customers play audio and or video loud disrupting all diners. Overall my experience here has been good with the exception of some customers having loud audio coming from their personal phones.

I’ve lived in Norman my whole life born and raised and I remember when this location opened it was ok and then it fell into the dumps. I came by today just to try it again and it was great! New management and people! I had the steak tips and eggs, let me tell you the best I’ve had ! serious and from ihop!! Mr Craig was my waiter and he was great so professional and attentive! The manager has done a great job!!

I usually come in to eat really late (or early) and it’s so nice to see the servers (this time I had Star) be in such a great mood and give such great service. Star never cares how long I stay and take up a table studying. I always tip for the time and table I use instead of only for the food I eat.

Craig is the best waiter I have ever had. He is thoughtful and kind. Even encouraged my 6 year old daughter in her art work. The food was so yummy and well priced. I will be back for sure.

Marissa was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel taken care of the entire time. Our food came out fast, our drinks were always full, and she checked on us just the right amount without being overwhelming. You can tell she cares about her job and her customers. She made our IHOP visit so much better, definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time!

Stopped in while on business for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised at the overall atmosphere. The visit was made extra enjoyable as our server Janae was one of the best waitresses I’ve had the opportunity to engage with.

We recently moved to Norman and started frequenting this IHOP. From the very onset we noticed a person training servers in the main dining area. Craig is his name. We come from a family in the hospitality industry and we appreciate great service. We were very impressed by what we saw with attention to even the smallest detail being explained fully to each trainee and was presented with precise and clear instruction. It was also very evident of the pride he took in his job and the restaurant. This person is an employee I would wish every service industry had in their company! He is hard-working, friendly, devoted and humble!
