Stopped for breakfast at 9:15am left without breakfast at 10:12am. Take down the wall between dinning area and kitchen so management and wait staff can see how long people are sitting without being helped, everyone hides behind that wall. Food was in the window for over 15 minutes- eggs- not good. Do better! We paid $7 for the coffee and Dr Pepper we received, that I had to stop management after 20 minutes to ask for because no one had come to the table after being seated. We were not the only ones in this situation. At least four other tables that I was aware of, seated before and after, were also waiting for service. At least one other table, seated before us and still waiting for service, left when we did. Please step up your skill sets. Thank you

My best friend and I went to this location on a Sunday morning and were severely disappointed. The food was good but the service definitely needs work, Misty (our server) was very quiet and wasn’t very familiar with the menu. I have an onion allergy and asked for an omelette without onion, she then proceeds to say “there’s no onion on it” then SHOWS me her iPad to prove her point. I’m a server myself and if I did that at my restaurant I would have been sent home. I brush it off and hope for the best, we waited for a bit which was no issue because were made aware about the kitchen being backed up as soon as we were seated, but we were never offered a drink refill. We get our food and my omelette is covered in onions and Misty sympathizes with me and gets me a brand new one. When it’s time for the check, my friend accidentally gives her the wrong amount and Misty was very rude with her approach. I understand she gave the wrong amount, but the way she went about it was implying that she thought we were going to stiff or couldn’t afford it. I then proceed to ask for an itemized bill and my omelette was still on the bill after being told they would take it off my check. Please make sure servers are fully versed with the menu and have customer service.

Just left after waiting 45 minutes for our food. The manager had us pay for our drinks when we requested to leave said she gave us a discount when she did not. Brooklyn our server was great but I don’t recommend going there… their excuse for the wait was they were down servers and cooks… 2 of each to be exact. Absolutely ridiculous behavior on the managers part. Even the table next to us was upset that she had us pay for our drinks. Poor management 100% and it shows!

Me and my best friend went to ihop today and had bad service. Our waiter did not do a good job with simple task like refilling our water we had to ask her multiple times to get a refill. While my friend was ordering she asked for no onion the waiter then proceeds to show her the iPad to look at options which is not professional. We had to send back the food and the waiter said she would take the food off our check and replace and she did not when we asked for our check she gave us a judgmental look and was very ill mannered when we accidentally gave her the wrong amount which if she louder I would have gave her the right amount. Working in the food industry is not for everyone.

It was great too see the old Cotton Patch building back in use. The freshened up decor was great. The food was fine, same predictable thing you’d get at any ihop. Since the place had only been open a few days and a storm was coming in they had few staff and most were pretty new. Which is likely why some food was missed and there was some meat in our veggie omelet. But the servers were super nice and came and manager came in to help staff they’d sent home due to the weather. We look forward to coming back when they have a little more experience.

We have not been to an IHOP in a very long time, service was very slow receiving our food, but the food was impeccable. Very delicious. Nice proportions some of the largest eggs over easy weed seen in ever. It was just a slow operation laid back and on our way out of Oklahoma.

On Veterans Day my wife and I decided to take advantage of the free meal for veterans. I ordered the Red, White and Blue meal. I shared it with my wife. We ordered a coffee and coke with a single pancake for her. This free meal cost us $24.00+. We will never go to the Siloam Springs, AR restaurant again. I never was a fan of IHOP, this was wrong.

There was a roach in my tea. The waitress never apologized or anything. Never brought me another drink. In fact we ended up walking out after waiting about 20 minutes. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The wait time for our food was 45 minutes, very slow. The spicy poblano omelette had zero flavor, very disappointing. But worse, I was seated in an area with virtually no lighting. I like to be able to see what I’m eating! I’ll probably not be back.
