Every time I visit IHOP, McCain Mall. North Little Rock, Arkansas. The service there is always Excellent for me. I always get Waitress Alexis, and she’s the best ever. She’s always polite and helpful, and when you’re not too sure about what to eat, she makes great suggestions on what to eat. And it’s always very good & tasted. She hasn’t failed me yet. All the workers that I’ve encountered have been very friendly & nice. It’s a new thing for me to take myself out to eat as a newly divorce woman. It’s hard, but I’m beginning to enjoy eating by myself. Come to this IHOP location and enjoy the Delicious food . See you there…

IHOP has always been a family favorite of ours. However, It seems to me that the last couple of visits Have left me wanting just a little bit more When it comes to the quality of the food. I recommend eating here but at the moment you shouldn’t expect a 5 star experience. Hopefully they will Turn it up a notch pretty soon.

Very quiet night, but my server came by frequently to check and see if I needed anything. We shared some laughs and thanks on the way out. She also said she would like to hear a couple of jokes. We shared a few jokes, and she shared her laugh. A very fun night.

Don’t eat here if you’re white. The majority of the African American staff were rude to us. The only person who was kind was Luis our waiter.

Big steak omellette was good. Not as much steak as it used to have but I understand it’s because of inflation but seems backwards that you pay more for less. But that’s just life. Food was still good. Service was good at this location. Didn’t have to wait on the servers to flip a coin 20 minutes after we got there.

I’ve never had a bad meal at this IHOP. The food, service, and overall atmosphere is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!!! There are quite a few places for breakfast type foods in the area but this is our go to place. It’s always clean. Always quick! Can’t wait to visit soon!

The wait was long and they appeared to be extremely short handed. I waited over 15 min to be seated and then a additional 20 minutes to finally order which by that time I was already invested so I waiting and ate. The food was good even though the wait was long all the servers was great and u set the circumstances did a great job for what they had to deal with. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to keep going.
