All I can say is the food was great but the service was very subpar. My server was not on the ball at all. I barely got 1 drink refill before finishing my meal and she mostly complained about being tired. I get that it can be a stressful job but the place was only moderately busy.
I would probably dine here more often if they brought back the fruit syrups.

This place honestly needs to be shut down. It took a minute for my son and I to be seated. When we did get seated, I asked for coffee and the waitress came back and told me the creamer was too high on the shelf for her to get. So I waited and waited and watched her past by me numerous times until I asked her where is the creamer. She forgot. I let that go because I understand we all get busy. My food came out, I had the sampler and my son had chicken and waffles. My eggs were not hot and the cheese was not melted on top. My pancakes as I was cutting them, they were very dry as if they been sitting up, the food was cold, my hash browns were even cold. The coffee was weak. I didn’t even eat it. Just know you guys have lost a customer and I will share with everyone I can about how poor of an establishment this place is. Do better! Times are too hard for people not to provide what a customer is PAYING for. DO BETTER!

Visited at 9pm. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. There must have been only 2 employees total working because service was very slow. It took 45 minutes to get 3 entrees from the kitchen. They were friendly and pleasant in their service, just SLOW. My visit there was over 2 hours.

Our waitress was amazing Vivi ( i think). But stood in lobby five minutes never noticed. Was not busy. Wife had to wait on her strawberry cheese cake pancakes but got her maan plate way before.

We stopped at IHOP to grab breakfast before our 5 hour trip home. The front staff was great, our waitress not so much! It took forever to get our food, it was wrong, she tried to blame it on us, when it was her fault. Complained that I asked for her to make it right, didn’t want to give us refills and the food was not the best for what it cost us to eat! Almost $60! We will not be back! This was our first and last time at this location! Definitely a waste of time and money. We left food on our plates which never happens.

I came to this location with my boyfriend and our two friends this morning. We were excited to be here. When we were sat down we were never greeted and sat there for 40 minutes waiting to even get our drinks. All of the waiters and waitresses just stared at us as if we were an issue. We eventually got up and left. The host who guided us to our table was also on his phone, didn’t look up once when we walked past and I find that extremely unprofessional. Poorly managed, horrible staff, and terrible experience. If you want to eat, don’t come here. The workers and manager(s) here don’t know what they’re doing. NEVER coming back.

Service was okay – nothing overly remarkable. Place was clean. Food was prepared correctly and delivered quickly. The omlette was massive and was enough for a 2nd meal. The fluffy French toast was amazing and very filling! The kid’s cupcake pancake was a big hit with the little one.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, everything about this visit was perfect — the food, the atmosphere, and especially our amazing waitress, Katrina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right — friendly, attentive, and full of genuine kindness that made us feel completely at home.
The food was classic IHOP comfort done right: fluffy pancakes cooked to perfection, crispy bacon, golden hashbrowns, and fresh hot coffee that never ran low thanks to Katrina’s care. Every plate looked and tasted amazing, and the entire restaurant had that clean, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere that made it feel special.
This was the perfect meal and experience before heading back home to Helen, Georgia — a true reminder of why IHOP has always been a family favorite. Huge thanks to Katrina and the entire Bryant IHOP team for turning a simple breakfast into a memory worth holding onto.
