The food was great! Our waitress was helpful. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the menu stated “any flavor pancakes” on the combo, then listed a gluten-friendly option. However, the gluten-friendly apparently didn’t come in any flavor as there was an additional fee for getting them in a flavor. Personally, I think the menu should clearly state that the gluten-friendly option is regular with butter and syrup only, because it is deceiving when listed under a combo item that states “any flavor pancakes”.
I was still pleased that iHop is doing a better job of making meals for those of us who must eat foods that don’t contain gluten.

We went Labor Day, there were a lot of people waiting for a table, but our wait was not so long. Our young waiter, Kareem was very pleasant and attentive. The food was good, and plenty. The coffee was not very flavorful, I expect more for $3.29 a person with 2 of us drinking out of the same pot. Thank goodness our friends only ordered water! One lady thought she was ordering off the fave menu and was surprised that her omelet was full price, so make sure your server knows what you mean to order. All in all, a good experience with good friends.

My server was great but two hard cooked eggs with almost no sauce and the manger only wanted to do 20% off. How about I pay for what I ate. I had to complain again she then return the full amount and was mad because i wanted to tip my Server. Needless to say poor customer from management I left a $20 tip

We came while things were slow, but for some reason the customer service was slower. We asked for an extra pair of silverware, but never got it. They saw our drinks were empty by the time they brought the check.
The food at IHOP is basic, which isn’t a necessarily bad thing. Overall it was a good experience just from the food and the clean space and warm atmosphere.

IHOP has really stepped up their game. I haven’t been in several years, because I was never satisfied with the service and the temperature in the room. I went and visited with an old friend and I had already eaten I ordered coffee and juice. Although I did get to taste the food. My friend had leftovers and gave them to me. I was about to put them in the refrigerator when I realized the lid wasn’t on properly. So I ate what she had given me. So this food is not warm and it’s leftovers that I didn’t order. I want to tell you what I was so tickle pink pleased!!!! I couldn’t believe how fresh and moist the pancakes were in the hash browns still had crunch to them. I did notice whenever I went in that it was much cleaner than the last timew I remembered. Since I live near and IHOP it will now be on my list of places I want to visit with excitement. The location here on Central avenue in Hot Springs is a definite you got to stop here!

We stopped for breakfast this morning.Server was pleasant and professional until time to pay.We had two separate tickets which we paid with cash.Both tickets were some dollars and change.The server gave us back bills only.. no coin change.I’m sorry but if you owe me change I expect it back.You are not automatically entitled to it.If you took change out of my purse that is theft.How is this any different?The sad thing is that I was overall happy the food and service.We had actually already put a tip on the table.This little incident set me off and I am not likely to return to IHOP.

I called to place a pick up order and a man answered and while I was ordering he was so beyond rude, and had an attitude. I get it, I’ve been a server before, I understand it’s busy and the last thing you wanna deal with is someone calling to place a to Go order but that was unacceptable. You need to retrain him on how to properly talk to customers. I didn’t get his name, but he was the short black guy with glasses.

Why on the actual restaurant building does it say open 24/7 multiple times but that is incorrect?? I usually don’t complain about things like this but I work late and IHOP is one of the few places I can get food when I get off, but Monday & Tuesday you close at 11PM & Wednesday 12AM? I just think those signs should be removed because it’s false advertising and incorrect! I work in the food industry myself & hardly complain but this has been bothering me lately! Love the food always and the service is always great, though!

Great Breakfast! Been a while since I’ve been here. Breakfast was served steaming hot. Fried eggs were perfect! Pancakes were just right! Positive atmosphere and wonderful wait staff. Thank you for a good breakfast!
