Had a wonderful breakfast this morning/almost lunchtime. Miss Candy was our server, she took great care of us, making sure we didn’t need for anything. She took drink orders and had coffee on the table as soon as we were seated.The food was so good, I had the sampler and that was alot of food, the ham slices were delicious. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience. Would recommend this IHOP anytime.

Ordered a Steak Omelette with no mushrooms and no hash browns in them! They fixed it the way I asked them not to, and added a little something else to, but when I tried calling the phone static was so bad they took the phone off the hook and when order was returned for refund that stated the bread closure didn’t come from them … The employee was quick to announce that it didn’t which she was the one that got the order all wrong rushing it!!!! Will definitely not be eating from this place!!!! Location:near Pecanland Mall

Seated right away! Our server was spectacular. Drinks and food came out promptly and were the best we’ve eaten at IHOP in some time.
The only thing needed is fleshing up of the place. Lightening is dim and could be updated, floors need to be cleaned well, and the food prep area, from what we can see, was cluttered.
Overall, it is better than previously experienced.

We always come to IHOP when we are in Monroe visiting. My son remembered this outlet because the server gave him a big cup of hot chocolate on the house when we were here in 2019.
We visited this outlet 3x on our recent trip. We ordered the burgers with Impossible patty and oh my days, they were the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. It was plain and simple, just a patty with tomato and lettuce and that freshly toasted fluffy bun. I will be dreaming of it for a long time to come. I also had my burger with a side of pancakes because it is IHOP.
Service was always consistently good, occasionally very good but on our final visit there, I think we got a new girl who was very confused by my order for ‘hot tea’ and things went downhill quite quickly from there. She really did try and we eventually got our orders (including my tea bag…with no hot water).
My only gripe about this outlet is the grease smell is a bit strong, but it only bothered me and no one else.

Since I’ve move back to Monroe I’ve tried this place 5 times after church. It only appears one waitress in there should stay employed as the rest are horrible. Have to ask 2 or 3 times before they remember to bring what you ask for. Their order taking is less than desirable as the do not write anything down. Food is usually cold especially the pancakes which is the reason we go there. The seats are needs to be replaced because they will ripe your pants. The floors are very greasy and slippery. It won’t be long before someone slip, fall, and file a lawsuit. If you use cash they might have change but don’t expect them to count the correct change back.

Need to clean the restaurant because it’s NASTY!! The restrooms were FILTHY!!! Very unprofessional but the waitress that waited on us was very good!! We had a party of 5. This use to be a very clean restaurant but not now!! We go to the IHOP in West Monroe, LA rather than this one. Service is awesome at this IHOP! The food is great!

We were outta town, saw this IHOP and decided to eat here. From the moment we walked in til we finished eating and headed out, it was very pleasant fast friendly service and very delicious food!!

The young man who was our waiter was a very happy and eager person to serve! Very willing to get anything we asked for and he checked on us a lot.
