The Service at this IHOP is excellent. All the staff have outstanding attitudes and is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Employee Nickie should be awarded for being so pleasant. The manager D is also very friendly.

The service was Excellent, and our server Nafeesah provided exactly what we requested. Our food was hot, prepared to perfection. The manager D came over and spoke with us, and was very nice and professional! Nafeesah should be a trainer for all new employees! The atmosphere created a pleasant experience.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes awaiting to be seated in an empty restaurant, that was 58 degrees inside at 1030am. Manager seemed more interested in his phone than customers. Waitress talked for 10 minutes and prayed with 2 guests while we waited. Had to give the waitress our order 3 times before she got it. We were brought plastic wear because nobody could be bothered to roll silverware when there was a full basket on the counter. Worst ihop ever.

Today, my mother & I went to this IHOP location for the first time for Christmas. I sadly will not return to this IHOP location ever again after today. We arrived at 11:40 am and left at 1:20 pm, even though the restaurant was hardly busy, being one of the few open restaurants on the holidays. The employees and the manager seemed completely discombobulated. Nobody was working at the front, helping customers sit down to dine. Servers walked past our table several times without acknowledging us or even asking for our drink order, for what seemed like forever. A waitress who already had several tables chose to wait for us because she noticed no one had come to take our order since we were seated. The one waitress in our section was waiting for one table with one customer, a customer who arrived much later than we did. I watched as diners who came in before us got their food and left before us. Even after eating, I didn’t bother getting containers to bring home leftovers because of how long the wait would be to get some. Paying the check to leave even took 30-plus minutes, after someone finally noticed we were trying to pay and leave. The manager was prioritizing online orders over attending to the customers inside. Employees are talking about walking out, not coming to work the next day, or quitting within earshot of the diners. The manager even told a customer picking up their order that if they couldn’t wait, someone else could pick it up. (After waiting half an hour for their food). Several diners walked in and walked out because of the wait & lack of communication with customers. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. This IHOP is awful and needs a lot of work before I ever go back.

Great breakfast experience today! You can tell the management here really cares. The restaurant was spotless, and our server made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. If you’re looking for great service on Manhattan Blvd, this is the spot

Pick up orders are prioritized over seating actual customers. The “delivery” industry has destroyed the “restaurant” industry. Restaurant is EMPTY and we’re waiting to be seated because of this bs. This dude is just standing here not seating us because nobody is cleaning tables. Nobody has food but deliveries are going out. This place needs shutdown and the managers need fired

Took a while to post this review pending communication with the franchisee(s), because of my hectic schedule. I brought my family to this location for the first time on New Year’s Eve, and it was virtually empty. The server was new and nice, but the food took forever to come. When it did arrive, I only received part of my order, that was lukewarm-to-cool, and received the two other items approximately 15-20 minutes later. My other family member said her food was lukewarm, but was too hungry to mention it. The server said one of the cooks was playing around in the kitchen, and she couldn’t understand why a simple order took so long, either. I told the server part of my order was unsatisfactory, she mentioned it to a supervisor, but the woman did nothing. Upon receiving a call from the franchisee, “D” to follow-up on the formal complaint, his tone was initially rude, and unapologetic. Speaks to the culture of this location, and despite the half- hearted apology for his tone, and offer of 50% off our next visit, we won’t be back.

I would have given a 5 star but 4 stars due to service has been extremely slow the last 3 times I been.
However the waitresses were great.
But basing this review upon my last visit.
They were out of stuff to make milkshakes and waiting on a truck which was our main reason for going.
So instead of leaving we opted to stay and grab a bite to eat…
They did get a few items incorrect but offered to correct them however we choose to keep what they brought.
I am happy as long as my kids are happy.
And my kids were happy at the end of the day with their silly face and cupcake pancakes.

The store smelled of raw sewage. While I was waiting for my carry-out order, two patrons entered then left before being seated due to the overpowering stench. The employees should not have to work in such conditions.
