I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Talon. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all of our questions confidently and made great recommendations. Our food came out quickly, and he made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. You can tell he really cares about doing his job well and making customers feel welcome. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Talon he’s an amazing server!

I took my 80 year old Mother to lunch today at IHOP . It was noon and they were slammed however our server Kiya handled everything like a pro-She was very pleasent & had our order out quick with no problems. She listened to my elderly mom, answered her questions about items on the menu & was so helpful with suggestions. My mom & I were very pleased. Shout Out to Kiya we will be requesting her from now on!!

Kiya, was the best waitress i’ve ever had at an IHOP location! It genuinely felt like she cared about me as a customer. Me and my kiddos had an awesome time and enjoy some great pancakes!! 10/10 God Bless

I’ve gone to IHOP plenty of times but today was the first time I had Kiya as my waitress and I just wanted to say that she did a spectacular job making sure we had everything we needed and she was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I’ve never left a review before, but her positive attitude and friendliness was something I’ve never seen before in a restaurant atmosphere like this. I just had to leave a review.

I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at IHOP by far. My server, Kiya, was incredibly welcoming and sweet. She checked in on me, made sure to give me refills, and was very friendly. I’ve had bad servers in the past and Kiya wasn’t one of them. Truly, one of the best servers I’ve had.

About 6 of us met at IHOP tonight for the military post that Lisa posted. We asked for her to wait on us and we were told that she got fired by Brenda for caring about her crew and customers. I feel that is wrong for this Brenda to do. Fire a great manager for treating her crew and customers like family. What makes Brenda so special? Someone needs to contact corporate and tell them to bring Lisa back because my family and friends won’t come come back Lisa if you can read this I hope you sue Brenda and IHOP to the fullest and my family and every person that we know from all over the tri city will testify on your behalf and we will never forget you. I was at IHOP today and Talon was my server. He was the worst. He would disappear and when I asked another server for refills she said she couldn’t help. A half hour later we still hadn’t got our food or refills. We asked this same server to get a manager and she told us that Brenda was the manager and she doesn’t have time to come talk to us.My brother asked for the red haired manager and that server just started laughing and said Brenda fired her for standing up for employees if this is how you treat great employees and keep ones that complain about whether or not they got a tip from a table in front of other customers like the blonde skinny server with glasses was doing and servers not coming back like Talon I hope that other manager sues this place and my friends and family will stand behind her. You have lost customers and it doesn’t matter how many bookmarks or free pancakes you give out.

My sever Talon is hands down one of the best employees at this establishment. He kept my drink refilled made sure he checked up on us. It was very busy and he stayed on top of things with his other tables as well.

The only thing that was mediocre was the food. Servers were all talking how the best manager got fired for standing up for herself and the rest of the employees.
The manager that stands of for others should never get fired. They have the employees and the business in mind.
The only manager that my family feels should be fired is the one who says she is the district manager and has her kid there all the time. She is rude, I have watched her steal servers tips, she called her employees stupid. We will not come back to IHOP in Grand Island Ne if she is not fired and we will be taking everyone we know with us. Bring back the best sounding manager you had and we will come back.
