The cooks need to be taught how to cook hash browns. I asked for extra crispy and get served hash whites. Waitress offered to have them make another batch. So wait for the rest of my food to get cold or eat and have hashbrowns by themselves……….

Absolutely one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at an Ihop, or of any breakfast establishment. We can’t remember our waitress’s name.We think it was Dawn but she worked friday, and saturday night, and she was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to make sure the community was safe along with your other workers, and we love her for that. Now onto the food unbelievably.Good food at this ihop. Very quick service and the best chocolate milk I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was very lovely, friendly.And amazingly clean ihop. Also, we appreciate that you are open twenty four hours.So we can get a late night Snack after dirt biking all day.

Snow storm and we venture out just to go to Ihop and it was worth it. Good food and GREAT service. Our server was Toni B she was so positive and polite she checked on us several times joked around very pleasant young lady! Keep up the great work!!

If IHOP gave out Grammys, Dawn would win Album of the Year. My acapella group and I (UNL Boots & Cats) visit her at IHop every year. She’s more than a server; she’s the glue that makes our tradition at IHOP feel like home. If you’re lucky enough to sit in Dawn’s section, prepare yourself:
• Your pancakes will somehow taste better.
• Your table will laugh louder.
• And you’ll walk out saying, “Wow… I get why this group loves her so much.”

With some difficulties between employees it was still nice. Our food sat in the window for 15 minutes because of these difficulties but still when our food came it was hot and tasty. Will definitely return
I have to update my review to dropping some stars because today’s experience was not good. The food and the service were trash. The fish was still frozen cold and the hasbrowns burnt on one side and flipped over facedown so you wouldn’t know it. Never had to cut ihop hashbrowns like I was cutting into a ribeye. I literally had to count the times our server checked on all her other tables and walked past us. We got up to 4 before she asked us how our food was and said good ok and walked away before we even answered. When she brought our bill she asked again how our food was which we replied to with not good and she said maybe next time we can do something different. But if u give this service and food to others… your risking there not being a next time. I left a note on the receipt and a $2 tip. Tips are earned and rarely do i feel the need to leave a lousy tip. And I almost didn’t give one at all. Noemi T was the name on our receipt.

Dawn was an excellent server. She was helping a coworker named Jose bring plates to the table, and I heard him cuss her out for touching his tables food. Very unprofessional and made the environment uncomfortable.

Super busy for a Sunday. NOT THE WORKERS FAULT AT ALL! The service was okay but definitely could have been better. The food was good and hot when we finally got it though. I ordered the steak omelette with Pancakes and a side of bacon. It was ALOT I couldn’t finish it all.
