Usually I-Hop is good, but one day 8/02/23 I went to I hop with a co-worker, I usually don’t go to sit down restaurants, I usually get it to go! At ihop, I ordered a side of rice with my eggs, first time trying their rice. I was curious! While we were waiting for our food the. waitress out loud to the cooks said, “On the ticket, it says side of green beans, but it’s actually a side of rice, the cook asked why and she said out loud so the whole restaurant could hear. I am going to overcharge them green beans vs Rice” At first I didn’t think it was me but then again, I ordered rice so, I decided I was gonna check my ticket when we’re done and Lord and Behold It did say green beans so that comment to the cook was for my dish! While I was paying. I asked the waitress, and she said. That’s there’s no button on the computer, so I charged you green beans at the same price! And I usually give really good tips. Because I understand that this is their job tips is how they actually get paid. I always tip fair and pretty good vs. people! I gave her 3 bucks, I was going to give her nothing, but I gave her 3 bucks vs. my usual 6 to 8! Don’t lie to my face after you yell at the top of your lungs to the whole entire restaurant that you’re gonna overcharge me!! Also, she kept on forgetting our food. And this was in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, it was around 3 o’clock so there were maybe 10 people maximum. I know who she is, so next time, no tip!

Online order of Philly sandwich and waffle. I get there and they said I cannot get the Philly sandwich but i can get any burger so I order a plain bacon cheeseburger. I bring it home and first no bacon, there is lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and 1000 island sauce. Uggg. I can take the stuff off but not the nasty 1000 island sauce. I said plain several times. I don’t understand.

Was seated, waited, then waited some more, Finally asked if we were ready to order, we ordered coffee and our food. No water was offered or anything else. I ordered Avacado on Rye with roasted cherry tomatoes and the fruit. Food took forever, my Avacado on Rye with roasted cherry tomatoes was black Avacado with cold store bought tomatoes and hash browns not fruit, asked about roasted tomatoes, “We don’t have any” is what I was told.

Pancakes were cold and fell apart. I asked for sweet tea and got regular, by the 3rd glass I asked why she keeps giving me regular when I ask for sweet and she said we don’t have sweet. Also on the website it says kids eat free from 4 to 10 but they didn’t honor it. Worst visit ever, won’t be back.

Place is dirty. Place wasn’t busy at all. burnt/overcooked food. This restaurant needs less talking and more working. Waitress was alright, not the best. Had to ask for utensils. Worst ihop I’ve been to.

We wait for 30 minutes for our food. When we asked the waitress what was going on with our food, it was as if she forgot about us. Our food had been sitting under the heat rack for 15 to 20 minutes. we hard the top of my omelet was warm but the middle was cold. Aida was a horrible server.
