Stopped in for breakfast and had a really nice experience. The food came out hot and tasted great, and everything looked clean and well taken care of. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which made it a good place to sit and enjoy the meal. The service was great too. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us without hovering. Drinks stayed filled and everything came out quickly. Overall just a really pleasant visit. Definitely one of the better IHOP experiences I’ve had and I’d happily stop here again.

Me and my friend came in here on our day off and to start off with, the food is terrible (mostly, havent tried the entire menu but I dont trust it). The eggs are undercooked ALWAYS, ive never seen fully cooked eggs there once. The sausages always have some sort of fat or rocks basically inside of it so when you think your enjoying good bacon the 2nd bite will prove you wrong. My friend and I ordered hot cocoa to start, it was okay at first until you got to the bottom and there was white, clumpy hard stuff which couldve been the whipped cream if it wasnt hard. Then my friend ordered her pancakes, double chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, 4 stack with whipped cream on top and chocolate drizzling. They brought back a 2 stack chocolate chip pancake with a little bit of whipped cream and syrup drizzling.

The food was wonderful and was not cold whatsoever. My server Maudi was a sweet doll. she was very kind and attentive. The manager was frequently in the dining room and was making sure things were clean. a great place to go and hang out!

Every year in September, I stop by this IHop with my father and grandmother on our way to and from the Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival. Every time we stop by for some food, it is an EXCELLENT experience. The food is always perfect, the atmosphere is always calm and cozy, the radio is playing the best music, and the staff are VERY polite and often strike up good quality conversation with the customers, assuming it isn’t very busy. Tonight I stopped by for some Sirloin Tips and eggs on my way back home from a day trip to the Tallgrass Prarie Reserve, and my server was Maudi. She was VERY kind and we spoke about my day trip and how I stop here for food when traveling to the festival. It is overall a very great experience, and a FANTASTIC place to stop, decompress, and eat. 20/10 stars!!!

The food was cold, lukewarm at best. The waiter, Kyden, was slow and unprofessional. He forgot a milkshake until after it was melted. When dealing with the ordering system he cussed multiple times and was completely inappropriate the entire time we were there. Overall not worth the amount that we spent.

We arrived at IHOP about 3:30 in the afternoon. There wasn’t a car in the parking lot and we weren’t sure the restaurant was even open anymore. I saw a flash of a person inside so we went in. There was only one other couple eating in restaurant. My expectations were pretty low. We were immediately greeted and seated. I ordered breakfast and my wife ordered lunch. The food came out quickly and it was well prepared and hot. The food was decent; the quality of what you’d expect from a well run IHOP restaurant. Our dishes were removed when we finished with our food but I didn’t feel rushed.
I happened to mention to the waiter that I was nervous about coming in to the restaurant when the parking lot was empty and that I was pleasantly surprised at how good the experience was. He confided that there were some previous issues with previous staff but the current staff were all trying really hard to turn things around. I felt sincerity from the people we were talking to.
I hope the do well and wont hesitate to go back again. If you’re wanting decent food and good service go ahead and give them a try!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Honestly thought they were closed when we pulled up cause there was no one in the parking lot and lights looked like they were off inside. Walked in, only customers there. To which I thought, “this is nice cause we won’t have to wait long on the food and we know it’ll be made fresh” but boy was I wrong…
Everything was okay til the food came out. On top of our order being wrong, the bacon was like it had been dehydrated, and the sausage was cold. When this was brought to the servers attention, there was no “let me make this better for y’all” or anything. I was told “I’ll let the cook know.” If it wasn’t for having young children with me that were hungry and needed to eat, we would’ve left. So they ate the food that was wrong but edible, and left the inedible parts for the trash.
Partially through the kids eating, he brought a plate over asking if we were missing any food, I said no, and they just assumed they made an extra. Looking back I should’ve told em that we’d take that instead of what we got cause it actually looked freshly made and edible. Other than that, though, we were ignored after I mentioned the complaint about food. Never got any refills on drinks. Nothing. And it definitely wasn’t cause they were busy. There were 3 tables (less than 10 total people in there, including my family) and 2 servers.
Then we waited almost 10 minutes at the counter just to pay. When our server finally got up there and he told me my total, I asked “so I’m expected to pay full price for a meal that was partially inedible and the other part was wrong?” To which I got the response “wowzers! I don’t make the food!”
I explained to him that I understand completely that you cannot control how the food comes out. But I couldn’t imagine not trying to make it right in some sorta way by offering fresh food or to correct the order. But there was nothing. And I was told “yeah we’re not the best.”
Like I said, if it wasn’t for having young kids with me that were hungry and needed to eat then we would’ve left.
No wonder no one was there when we got there.
**UPDATE (10/31/2025): It has been 2 weeks since the incident. Filled out the “info” through the link like the comment suggested (technically I filled out 2 – one right after this happened and the second through the link the comment posted), and I was told someone would reach out to me. NO ONE has communicated with me about the awful experience. Talk about some horrendous customer service.

The whole experience was odd. I’m not sure if my waitress was anxious but she put me on edge. Seemed like she couldn’t wait to get away from me. Food was ok for the price.

Went into the empty restaurant, waited a little too long for food. I found a hair in my crepes, lost my appetite and didn’t bother finishing them. Food was mediocre, sandwich and crepes for 30 bucks wasn’t worth it. Kitchen looked filthy and not in the best shape. Reporting this to health agency.
