Post hockey game birthday dinner. It was late night and had a group of 10. Daris was our server and boy let me tell you what he was FANTASTIC. Man was running back and forth, never left us waiting for refills, syrup, and even entertained the nonsensical teenagers that made up half our group.
Food was delicious, and definitely was enjoyed throughly. And the restaurant was very clean during our visit.
We really appreciate the team that was working tonight, especially our server. And absolutely look forward to many more late night meals.

Our server Avery was very attentive and polite. She did great with our kids who had more energy than they knew what to do with. The manager was great and checked on us and other guests often. Food came out quick and looked and tasted great!

This is the most beautiful Ihop, with the most fantastic service I have ever been to.
Ana is always our waitress. She is fantastic, very patient, even when we have the young grandkids with us. The food is great, and we never feel like we’re just one in a large pool of customers.

After a long grueling day at work, my husband and I went home, cleaned up got into some comfy clothes and decided to go to ihop. They weren’t really busy. Our server was joeshep and let me tell you what… this man was beyond exceptional. It was cold and raining out side. He sat us where we would stay warm, was polite, on top of everything. Then we find out that not only was he waiting tables taking orders, he was also mopping the lobby, and cooking food. What an amazing job. My husband and I tipped that man a $20.00 definitely would of tipped him even more if we had it with us. That is what customer service is all about!! And I would know… cause I’m a GM at the mulvane burger king location here in topeka.

My crispy chicken salad was a huge disappointment. It was missing several toppings including bacon egg onion and avocado. Not enough dressing. It was just diced tomato lettuce cheese and chicken one picture is from the website and the other is what I got. Most of the time there was no staff at all in the front of the house. There were only 2 tables with customers and a table cleared of dishes with food bits still on it. I think the person in charge of ordering food for the business is not doing it properly or employees are giving away free food so they are always out of ingredients. The time before this I ordered the shrimp and fish platter and they had no tarter sauce and no shrimp sauce. They claimed to have tarter sauce but it was just honey mustard. Running out of items on the menu is a huge red flag for mismanagement. I think the owner should be very concerned.

Our server Marie was so wonderful. She was so pleasant and has great work ethic and the best attitude of any server ive ever witnessed personally. We never waited on drinks to be refilled and she was working multiple tables all by herself and was doing a great job of keeping up to say the least. All restaurants need more servers like her.

The first and only time we came to this location was around the time it first opened and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. We were apprehensive about coming back today but we are so glad we gave it another chance. From the second we walked in until the moment we left, everything was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We never went with empty drinks and she checked in on us frequently. The manager also stopped by our table and others around to ensure everyone was happy. I am very pleased with the turn around of this location!

The service was atrocious, we got sat pretty immediately but that was the best thing I could say about my time there. We waiting 10 minutes yo get treated, another 10 to get our drinks (which was just water), and finally a HOUR to get our food. When we got our food it was ice cold, the eggs were rubbery like they were sitting for 30 minutes, and we didn’t get half of our food. We never saw our server after she gave us our drinks, never got a refill, had to pay for a kids meal that was supposed to be free, and to top it off when asked for a discount because of the service we were only given a 5% one. 100% am never coming back unless this is corrected.

Came to town from Oklahoma. Glad we took the time to have breakfast at this wonderful Ihop restaurant managed by Mark, and serviced by his impeccable team. We were immediately greeted at the door with no waiting, experienced great food and courteous service. Restrooms and restaurant were impeccably clean. Pleasurable dining experience, highly recommend .
