Who makes a poached egg better than this place? When we arrived late during the night after losing my a** at the casino, we were immediately seated by a tenderly elder fellow wearing a face mask. He was very kind and attentive. We were taken care of by the nicest little girl she saw to us immediately and was most pleasing. We never get a good poached egg, and as proven by the photos, we want to know who could ever make a poached egg better. PERFECT JOB GUYS FROM START TO FINISH!

Emmanuel was our server. He got the order right. He brought condiments. He asked how the food was. He was attentive and he was very friendly. I was telling my husband he missed was the refills. As soon as I said that….a few minutes later he was bringing refills . He brought the check in a timely manner. We requested nothing. He did very well at his job. We tipped him almost 50% of our ticket. Great servers are hard to come by. Thanks Emmanuel.

Food was okay but service could use more attention. I was with a group of people so I paid for the check ahead of time but I was practically ignored after that. No refill, no offer on a to go box. I had to pester another employee just to get her attention.

We always have a great time at IHOP but this location has especially friendly servers and staff. They were timely and attentive and we really appreciated it with us having younger kids, and at nearby tables that could have been really hangry. The staff had them happy instead. They made a smiley face pancake that was super cute.

Best waitress ever. You should seriously consider giving Moe a raise! He seemed to love his job and was very attentive. Making jokes and helping us have fun. He made it feel like home. Food came fast and service was great! 11/10 experience!

The lady we had that served us was very nice and helpful. The food I received was bad, I ordered a classic cheese burger. Once I took a bite of the cheese burger, I immediately spit it out. The buns were completely stale. I politely asked for a new one because the one they gave me was stale after waiting another 15 minutes, I took it home with me. By the time I got home, the burger bun was also very stale as well. I am so disappointed with the quality of the food I was given and was charged $42 for it.

It’s IHOP so it is what it is, but it was disappointing none the less. Ordered eggs over medium and the whites were grossly runny. Ordered a side of gravy and as the waitress was picking up our order at the window to serve us we heard her say ‘can you start some gravy?’ 15 minutes later when it finally arrived (we could see it was done for the last 5 minutes or so but no one went to go get it) the biscuits and hashbrowns we wanted the gravy for were cold. The waiter was nice enough but we had another person take over bringing our food. Some of her conversations with her coworkers were inappropriate and way too loud. It didnt offend me (it takes a lot) but listening to her talk about drinking while the gravy sat waiting was too much. Overall it was a disappointing experience. With nothing else open in the area our options were limited, but it could have been better as they were not busy late on a Wednesday at all.
