Tonight, I visited this IHOP location for National Pancake Day. I was under the impression that my visit would be swift and easy, given that I am in a group of three and am not ordering a whole lot. This was the complete opposite of the reality that I hoped for. When entering the store, It was brought to my attention that the line was incredibly lengthy and that it would be a rigmarole to get me seated. Not to mention, the floor was dirty and covered in butter. When taken to my booth, there were no utensils, and the waiter took ages to get us even water. When finally taking our order, we were rushed and greeted with a NEGATIVE attitude. I ordered the breakfast combo that came with “bottomless” pancakes. I received my breakfast items swiftly, but there was one thing missing: the pancakes. I had told the waiter that I was ordering the combo specifically for the bottomless pancakes prior to ordering. I asked for the pancakes, and the waiter humbly apologized for forgetting. All was well until my second order of pancakes. I went over to the kitchen to speak to my waiter about getting another order. Mid-conversation, I realized that the kitchen was FILLED with pancakes. This especially struck a nerve because I’ve been waiting for HOURSSS only to be told that I couldn’t get pancakes anymore despite only ordering one refill when the pancakes were marketed as bottomless. I was told to speak to my waiter’s supervisor about the bottomless pancake deal, just to be told off and handed a singular piping hot pancake. Dissatisfied with my experience, I asked for my bill. That took another thirty minutes. My experience was miserable, and the service was a disgrace. Don’t come here if you want the truth about IHOP…

I enjoyed the food was cooked as I asked, the service was friendly and polite. I went during breakfast time. I do feel the music could be more mixed, I was there over and hr enjoying the coffee and nothing but Spanish music was played. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy a good cumba, but I feel some other music could have been played as well. As the area is full of multi culture.

​”I visited your location for the first time today with my family. Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting interaction with your server. When we were being seated, I was told we couldn’t sit at a specific table; when I showed a moment of frustration (which I clarified was not directed at the staff), the server told me she ‘wasn’t going to deal with my attitude.’ This was unprofessional and made my family feel unwelcome. I’m sharing this because I hope you can address this behavior to ensure other guests have a better experience.”

Customer service was absolutely horrible—from both the servers and management. While sitting at our table, we noticed two bugs crawling near our seat. I asked my daughter to take a picture and notify the server. When she did, the server claimed she “walked off” and took no action.
I then went to the cashier to complain, and the response was shocking. Management said, “Well, you only paid $20 for your food,” as if that somehow makes bugs acceptable. When I asked for the corporate number, I was told to Google it.
Another server was extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s sad that when you spend your hard-earned money—even at a fast-food restaurant—you can’t expect basic cleanliness or customer service. I have never eaten at an establishment where the staff was this disrespectful.
No one should have to eat while bugs are crawling on their seat and treated disrespectful when I address my concern. I will not be returning.

As I entered the restaurant, I noticed the entry carpets were filthy. The front desk host was on the phone so I waited patiently for her to acknowledge my presence. She finished her call then said, ” can I help you”. I was surprised . I said, “I’d like to be seated please”. She then said, ” I thought you were door dash”. I was insulted. I asked, Door dash? Do you not expect your patrons to wish to eat at your restaurant? ” I’m not sure why she assumed I was from door dash. She claimed she didn’t mean to be offensive. Trust me. I was indeed offended. I walked out.

entered restaurant at 935 (they close at 10) was told the grill was already ‘shut down’ and we couldn’t get any food at all. took server 15 min to bring drinks and she had no awareness of the time. other guests were also refused service well before their stated close time.

This is my first time coming and it wasn’t very pleasant. I didn’t even get to sit down. I was waiting at the door with three other couples. The cashier was very rude and distasteful to some clients that she was checking out. Apparently there was some miscommunication or wait times that she had to take off a few items out the menu that she was not happy and she expressed about which I get it, but I don’t wanna come into an establishment And feel all that negativity when I just want relax with my family . Then, when she was finished with them, she took care of the Client client I was waiting, which came before and she was selling them that if they stay, they’re waiting they’ll be over 25 minutes. The cooks are crappy how they’re cooking right now and the wait times to eat is going to be large so that we might as well leave. I was so shocked that I literally just walked down my first and last time coming here.
