To start waitress was very confused coming back to our table 3 different times cause she was confused on the order. I told everyone at the table that the order was probably going to be messed up when the food got to the table half the order was missing and hair in the food sent that food back to get replaced then the so called head manager came over said everyone was being racist about the waitress. So he took over while still waiting on half the order finally got the food that was sent back cause of the hair and this is what was sent over done chicken tenders. A different waitress came over and said all the employees wasnt happy because we made a racist remark not one was made. Do have to say first time i have ever been called a racist by anyone let alone by a so called head manager. Will be the last time i will ever go to that ihop.

Food was very good. Service was basically non existent. We were not checked on. We received no drink refills of water. We had to wait and ask for the check at the end. I did nkt get my unlimited pancakes because we were never checked on. There were a total of four seated tables. It was in the 5pm hour. Food was good. Service was bad. Hostess was nice and helpful at least. Did most of the crew call out??

Went with a church group of 11. Our server Brayleigh (?) did not know how to handle a large group. It took 2 hours for a quick lunch. She let us sit for 20 minutes to look over menu after we all said we were ready to order.
When she finally took our orders we had already gone through our drinks. Food was brought out without silverware or napkins. Said she had to go “find” silverware. She ended up bringing a handful of knives, forks, and napkins. Set them down in one spot for us to hand out ourselves. Ended up not being enough for everyone. I had to track her down for more. When we could eventually eat, our food was cold. Had to track her down again to get drink refills, which came when we were done eating. Had to go ask someone else for our tickets after waiting several minutes for her to return with them. She gathered all our tickets and cards at same time which caused her to mix some up and charge incorrect amounts on the cards.
The whole experience took way too long and was too expensive for cold food.
Also worth noting, the restaurant was not busy during this time.

Grace was awesome! She was so kind and considerate of our big group. She was always here when we needed her but not overbearing. The food was hot when it came and was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic meal at IHOP today! Miranda was our server and she was incredible—super friendly, fast, and made sure our drinks were never empty. It’s rare to get such high-quality service these days. Ask for her if you visit!

Our hostess seated us and was so sweet! She had such a pretty smile. We had an accidental spill of water and the waitress just threw some more napkins at us for us to clean up. The hostess was coming by and stopped and cleaned it up and made sure we had a refill of water. The waitress was below par, but the hostess was amazing!

Let’s start this off by saying our waitress Myana was amazing With what she had to work with I believe she did a great job. The food was burnt, tasteless and all around not worth what we paid for. When we came in we were under the impression that there was meal deals like on their website. False advertisement to get you to come in or just lazy for not taking it down. Plus there was a long wait time for food.

Well, the first time my wife and I went to this Ihop it was 5 star, even though it was very busy. The next two times we had to wait an extened smount of time to be seated and there were very few people customers there. Today, our third visit was the worst. Maybe 12 customers and 6 waitresses. Our food was luke warm by the time we received it. Coffee was also luke warm. We initially thought we would be customers, but I think today was the last time.
