Food was great! We were served by a great waiter named Roy. He was the only server in the building on a Friday night after the Mavericks game. He was working hard to accommodate all that were there and maintained a friendly and positive attitude. I think it’s unfortunate that management could not or would not get him any help.

Brittanie, our waitress was amazing! Very welcoming and attentive. Food orders came out quickly. No complaints. Everything was delicious. She also kept the coffee coming which was nice.

It was Christmas night but not very busy. Disorganized staffing. I saw at least 3 waiters, possible manager, and one that was leaving. Two tables were waited on before us. Possible
Manager did ask if we were waited on then took our drink order. He finally got us a waiter, but then after we had finished and paid, he oddly asked us if he was our waiter. That was just a snippet of how chaotic the whole dinner was.
The food was warm and pretty good overall. We barely received any fries. I could use two hands to count how many were on my plate.
The place was not very clean. It’s possible that they had an earlier rush of customers. A staff member appeared and exclaimed, “We have a lot of cleaning to do!” It seemed like staff were filling in where they normally don’t work.

We were served by amazing lady named Ginna, who made sure we had everything we could need, and also kept up the smiles and conversation while ensuring we were taken care of. The food was amazing and drinks were filled up.
Ginna has been working there over 35 years, so please go give her a visit, have a good meal and leave having a good time 🙂 help her retire guys!!!

Hard to get excited as an adult for $15 pancakes but the kids enjoy going there. Me and the wife can share a meal to reduce the cost and customize what the kids need which helps them eat better and make us feel like it was worth the expense. Server was hard working and friendly.

So disappointed today. Been sitting outside for 17 minutes for my curbside order, was placed on hold now my food is likely going to be cold. I come here all the time and spend a lot of money and always tip well. I’m really disappointed that the one time that I need to rely on them for curbside (just had surgery) that they can’t do their job on time. Now I have to send my disabled son inside to get the food.

The food was good and staff nice. The first time we went, it took awhile to get our food and they weren’t busy. The second time was much better. The restrooms smelled unpleasant but we’re fully functioning. The atmosphere was pretty calm and quiet. Prices were a bit higher than I remember for adults but kids eat free so that is extremely helpful for those that have little ones.

There was a sweet lady who was literally running around taking everybody’s orders! And I mean everybody! She needs a raise! It was today February 21 around 11-12 she gets down and she don’t play! She needs a raise! There was also another woman who was barely doing anything. Calling her to take people’s orders when she could’ve took them! Give that sweet lady a raise over there doing every thing!

I would give zero stars if I could. Turning away customers not only saying online only, but the server and the cook sit by the door trash talking customers and giving dirty looks. Why do you think you’re in business and got a job without a customer to serve? Learn work ethics. Trashy way to act at work. Get better employees.

Horrid service. The person that seated us was amazing and was running drinks, food and taking orders. Wish they had been our server. I think the only reason we were served was because my husband asked the people cleaning the table next to us if they could get our server. I counted 7 people just standing around and not working. A server finally came to the table, not in uniform and “took” our order. I truly don’t know why because the server made up what was brought to the table. Neither of us got what we ordered. We cut our losses at this point, paid the bill with the appropriate tip reflected. I would not recommend this IHOP.
