I’m going to be honest, this wasn’t the best trip — but it doesn’t help that this place is not only understaffed, but running low on stock.
We weren’t exactly sure what we were able to get due to a bunch of unavailable food, so we had to almost guess our order.
After we got our order, we were waiting our usual wait time… and maybe a couple of extra minutes, but then again, short staff.
When we got our food… hmm. The plates were nice and hot, and the fried shrimp I ended up with were fine, but not anything super amazing. The fries, on the other hand, felt like they were rushed out the door, considering they weren’t very crisp.
There were also a lack of condiments at our table, so we had to keep asking for what we wanted. Thankfully, our waiter kept a good check on us.
In the end, it felt like I was eating fast food for sit down prices. Decently edible, but I’d rather pay $11 instead of $16 for my meal. Dad enjoyed his food, but Mom, who got a breakfast meal, wasn’t exactly the biggest fan of hers.
If I had to choose, I think I’d rather visit a local diner instead.

Try out the new place with my family. The restuarant hostess was generous and guide us to our seats. As the lady was cool enough to lend out the menus on the table before she left.
Although oddly it doesn’t take 15 minutes for customers to know what appetizers to get off the menu. Usually the staffs will interact with the customers a few minutes later, and ask what drinks or appetizers to order.
It is quite weird that the staffs are more worried about cleanliness than taking a customers order. Ironically, we weren’t the only customers waiting on their appetizer orders. Guess the other guests a few tables away from us has been waiting for mozzarella sticks for quite awhile before we entered the building.
If the staffs asked us what drinks we wanted to order and delivered the drinks, we would definitely stick around a lil longer. However, I cannot say this place was meant to be a restuarant without guest service.

Went to this location very recently, and I’ve gotta say IHOP, you really screwed over your employees at this location. It was 7pm and only the manager’s assistant and 1 cook were there. The assistant was waiting the tables and running the register by herself while trying to take care of their 1-year old in the back. They let us know that their supply truck was 4 days late, so about half their inventory was spent (no burgers, grilled chicken, spinach, etc.). The assistant was clearly very tired and was having trouble keeping track of all of our orders (since we were a party of 9). On top of that, some of their cookware was malfunctioning, so the fried chicken between for 2 of our orders came out overcooked.
I don’t blame either employee for this disaster. I blame YOU, IHOP, for the plethora of clearly bad business decisions you’ve made with this location. Staying open 24/7 isn’t smart, since hardly anyone orders breakfast food in the evening. The only reason I was there at that time was to please a family member who organized the outing. In this economy, you should consider either only serving certain menu items past a certain hour or cutting down your overall hours. You should also make sure to STAFF THE PLACE PROPERLY. With how many people are trying to find work, I seriously doubt you don’t have enough candidates for this kind of job. You need to do better by the two employees at that location and make better decisions so that they don’t get screwed. Both of those employees clearly have more integrity than you. I hope you’re at least decent enough to pay them overtime.

I was very disappointed with the food and the waitress. After an hour of waiting for our breakfast, and asking two different other waitresses because our waitress never came around again, they finally brought us our breakfast. But our feggs were cold and and the hash brown was very greasy. The biscuits and gravy, the gravy didn’t taste anything like gravy and was very lumpy. The only good one thing was that they brought the kids meals right in away, otherwise we wouldn’t have last there waiting that long. I truly believe the waitress messed up and didn’t send in our order. We left her a $10 tip only because we didn’t have smaller change. I don’t think she didn’t deserve it. Well never be back.

I will NEVER eat at this location again. Wasn’t feeling well and decided to grab some food and I should’ve stayed home. We got seated and the table was crawling with ants (I understand syrup and stickiness but being consistently clean can combat that ijs). We asked for the table to cleaned but was ignored until we got up to move to another table and they finally tried to reseat us. The new table was half cleaned (crumbs) but we decided to eat fast and head out. I should’ve followed my right mind and left but . Drinks were fine and it took a sec to order but when the food came out the bacon was burnt and the hash browns weren’t done. We asked for it to be fixed but the bacon came back raw. We asked for the ticket to just not include the bacon and the manager KEVIN yells OMG and adjusts the ticket for the waiter. He claims it was his first day and y’all may need to reevaluate if it needs to be his last especially after we finished eating and saw the can of Raid in front of the coffee machine on the counter smh. Service- trash. Cleanliness- trash. Food- trash. Just a disaster all around.

The last 3 times we have tried to dine in this place after 10pm we have been told they are not seating customers at the time for whatever excuse. The main reason, as I see it, is because seating paying customers means someone is going to have to actually WORK and not just stand there waiting on the cook to make the one order you do have.
So tonight we decided to order to go and while waiting for our food I counted no less than 20 people come in and then leave after being told the server was on break and would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. Do the math and youd find If each of those people spent lets say $15 a piece on food thats $300 the servers break cost the company.

Placed our order online and it was wrong when we got the food, but we called up and the shift lead went above and beyond to fix it! She was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was delicious!!

I eat at IHOP’s all over the US. From Oregon to Kansas to Florida you name it.
This has got to be the worst meal that I’ve ever ate at IHOP. I never complain but did after this meal in Emporia Kansas. The manager said she would give me 30% off. Until I told her it was the worst meal I’ve ever ate especially at an IHOP. So she paid for our mail and told us she was sorry.
