The waitress was really nice and kind. She took our order and the food was a delicious. The drink was good. When my brother ordered a chocolate milk to go it was spoiled but it’s ok. Food and service were good. Food came out quick. The only weird thing was it was extremely quiet in there. There was no music playing so everyone felt like they had to whisper lol. It was our first time at this location but like all other chain restaurants it’s just like all the others.

This place has went down hill. Was seated and was ignored for almost 30 min, while we were walked past multiple time with no acknowledgement. The employees were more interested in gossiping than paying attention to the customers.

Came here to try and have a good lunch with my family. When we walked in the door it immediately smelled like sewer. Stood up front for a while, employee’s walking right pasted us. Finally got asked if I had been helped i told them no. Still continued to be ignored, Finally just left. Was very disappointed.

I order my food and didn’t receive all of my ingredients or items. I ordered a country fried steak, no gravy. I also had the strawberry french toast, but was given blueberries.

For starters, the entrance host wasn’t kind. The waitress took our order and then returned 5 minutes later with a menu & and said, “Sorry, we’re out of fish!” . MY MOTHER ASKED FOR ALL SHRIMP ON HER PLATE. Her food came out half cold, and her order of tomato basil soup never came out until she got onto the waitress about the soup. The customers behind us were leaving and made a point that they’re out of cocktail sauce as well! The waitress just stood there,said nothing until after the customers said something. The coffee tasted old and burnt. I ordered the crispy tenders Platter, and my food came out extra crispy all right, more like over cooked ,fries were the same yuk! Don’t like burnt food as there’s no nutrition in it. I asked for a box to take this dog food home. We’ve been coming here periodically, and this was by far the worst service I’ve had from this restaurant . They rang up stuff on our bill that shouldn’t even be on the bill. Of course, we weren’t charged for them, thank goodness, or they’d hear about their screw ups to where all customers would hear it! My mother asked for a senior discount …lol! I don’t know if she got it. it doesn’t look like it! Waitress didn’t deserve a tip for all the screw ups and bad service we got today. If there was a -5 star, that’s the rating they’d get today.

Went when the place was supposed to be open and no one was at the store and the forts were locked and most lights off. Internet and door both said they opened at 6am I was there around 645am. Only good that came from it was I tried the big biscuit a few miles away and will never go to ihop again after trying food from there.

Very busy on a Sunday morning. Greeted quickly. Tables were all bussed and cleaned. William gave exceptional service he was extremely attentive and incredibly pleasant!! Food was fantastic!!

Two of us came in for breakfast which was fine asked for a to go order and it was brought out. we should of checked in prior to leaving but didn’t. Got to where it needed to go and half the order is missing. we tried calling three times with no answer phone just rang. returned to restaurant was waiting at the desk they saw me but no acknowledgement they finish talking at the line and a little time goes by and then someone finally asks what i need. I proceed to tell them that we were missing half our order explained the situation and just wanted refunded for the missing items (i had paid in cash)and wanted to talk to a manager if possible they walk away and after several minutes someone comes out and says they aren’t available now they would have to take my name and number and call me back. Not impressed how it was handled someone should of been able to handle that without any issue and get it resolved especially when it was just a refund of items that was clear we didn’t receive. The customer service is clearly an issue. Now i know why they are never really busy.
