We loved the food. I had thick and fluffy French toast and they had sugar-free syrup (I’m diabetic).My husband had a full breakfast off the over 55 selections. I loved the French toast. I ordered 2 slices but one would have been enough. The service was good. Our food server was quick to our table. We were there at a time when they weren’t very busy so I’m not sure what it is like today. Wish we had an ihop in Fredericktown, Mo.or in Farmington.

Smells god AWFUL inside. Smells moist as well. Chilly inside. Floors look like they haven’t been properly scrubbed in AGES. Dirty empty coffee pots on EVERY table. I’ve seen raggedy dennys in better condition than this location. I don’t even know how to explain the smell, best I can explain is the dish pit on a cold day, mixed with animal shelter. It’s extremely off putting. I left smelling like the inside, would give 0 stars if possible. Never got my drinks. Not sure how I’m supposed to cut a steak with a butter knife.

Maybe worst service ever !!!! The hostess had her nose in her shirt. When we walked in , bathroom smelled like septic water !! Waitress was nice at first but high or lost !! Took 20 min to get a coffee 3 of us ordered !! Took 50 min to get food was cold when we got it !!!ordered grits never got them or the French toast !! Was the worst ever!! Haven’t been in a worse place ever and travel all the time !! #neveragain

Made the mistake of ordering food from them. One of the meals was missing a drink. Requested two silverware. Only got one one of us had to eat with our hands. They provided no butter for the toast or for the pancakes. The hashbrowns we ordered extra crispy. They were not extra crispy. Unfortunately, you can’t go back to Uber eats and get money off for missing silverware or no butter Or incorrect made hashbrowns. The only thing that was refunded to me was the coffee. But this breakfast was a disaster. I thought I was gonna save some time. I called the store. The associate was very understanding. The manager gave me pushback all the way through. It’s the small things and you can tell the manager doesn’t care and the staff is working very very hard. The manager is like there’s nothing we can do for you.

We were treated poorly. I asked for 3scrambled eggs well, she brought 2 over easy & forgot the grits. She took them back & 30 mins. went by. By then l was ready to pay for my husband’s food & leave. She came with the grits & eggs, but my waffle & bacon were cold & l was no longer hungry. The water glasses were so spotty & looked like lipstick was on it, but didn’t notice that until my husband had already drank from it…l never drank mine. IHOP…REALLY??? You can go to the nearest dollar store & purchase 100 small water glasses instead of the mess they put on our table. The manager came, apologized & didn’t charge me for Mine because I never ate anything l lost my appetite & left that mess on the table. l tipped the waitress 20.00 dollars anywho & left never to return. Never again CAPE GIRARDO. l say CAPE because I’ve eaten at others & have NEVER been treated & served so poorly & they both kept blaming the cook who l never saw PLUS the cook didn’t take my order…overall HOT MESS!!!

Gave it 3 stars for a few reasons. It’s Black Friday, we walked in with empty tables everywhere and people waiting. The greeter was obviously lost. After about 5 minutes a waitress finally seated us. My wife and daughter went into the ladies room to change my grandson. It stunk! I went to the men’s room and looked around to see if there was meat hanging; it was COLD! The food was good. My omelet was cool and so was my wife’s. The kids food was warm and the coffee was decent. Waitress was attentive and took care of us. I went back into the restroom, did my business and found it was almost out of toilet paper and it was still cold! Next year we will find someplace else for breakfast.

IHop being open 24 hours on the weekends is great. Our waitress was amazing, so nice, and was working alone and still got everyone taken care of! Food was great and everything was super clean.

My food was cold by the time the server brought it to the table. Had to ask for silverware several times. Also order a French vanilla cold foam coffee. I didn’t get it until my the food was delivered. The toast was hard couldn’t eat it. Also witnessed another server smelling customer soda to tell if it was Dr Pepper or Pepsi. These customers left without ordering food.

First time at this location. Latoya did an excellent job handling the dining room by herself the day I was there Friday April 21 and whoever was working the kitchen was doing just as good of job, keeping those orders coming out at a steady pace! Good job all!

It’s an ok place to get some breakfast. The table was not the cleanest (had some syrup on it) and the silverware was questionable about whether it was clean. The service was good and the food was ok.
