We waited 10 minutes to be seated and the people in front waited 15 minutes before even being checked on. Some of the waitresses were arguing with the cooks and talking inappropriately. We sat for about 15 minutes and they didn’t even have our food started so we left. Waitress was very nice and understanding and deserves a better place to work!

Came in around 7:30 didnt get a seat till 10 minutes later, mind you there was one table nothing to major tho. Then as the waitress seated me I never got the name im used to a (I’m such n such what can I get started to drink for ya?) then my food took 45 minutes for some pancakes and a appetizer, usually the appetizer is like a snack before the food. Mind you my drink was gone waitress came to check on us didn’t even ask if I wanted to a refill…. Food was amazing but your guys service was a 0/10

We came in on Black Friday and to be honest I was expecting more from this restaurant. There was only maybe three people working. We waited around 5 minutes before anyone greeted us and took us back to our seats (we had a party of 3). We weren’t waited on for probably about 5-10 minutes. The lady who took us back to our seats was the one who asked our drink orders. Then the server came. We weren’t greeted with her name, like you typically would. We took about 10 minutes to figure out what we wanted. The same lady that greeted us took our order, then the server wrote it down. The order was slightly wrong. I’m not sure if the server was new, or because she was the only server, she was overwhelmed. She was apologetic about the mistake in the order and fixed the order. There was around 4-5 other parties. Food was subpar. I’m not sure why they didn’t have more people working, which would have made a world of difference. Reading other reviews it seems like others have had similar experiences.

Save your stomach and your time.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience really stood out. When we first came in, we were greeted by a lovely woman with shoulder-length blonde and black locs. She seated us in a clean area and was very welcoming—top tier service from her.
Unfortunately, once we met our actual server, everything went downhill. Every request was met with a simple “mhm.” We had to ask for refills instead of them being offered, and items were missing from our order. When we mentioned something was missing, another server caught an attitude about it.
The worst part was how quickly our server would disappear, making it impossible to ask for anything else. Not once were we asked, “Is there anything else I can get for you?” Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and shocking.

Our waitress was fairly friendly. We did not have to wait very long for our food, but we quickly found out why. The food was all barely lukewarm warm. Once we received our food we never saw our waitress again. I know they had a large party walk in after us, but we probably waited about 10 minutes after finishing our food for someone one to come with the check. It looked like every table, once food was dropped off they were not checked on. It’s been over 5 years since we have been to any IHOP, the last time being at this location, it will be several more years before we attempt to go again if we do.

I went to this location a while ago for the first time. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that there was only one person working the front of the house. It was an old woman. She was not in uniform or any kind of professional clothing you’d expect from a chain restaurant. I was sat down and the restaurant was oddly quiet. Even though I was the only person there at the time, there was no music playing. That was a first for me. I mean, what kind of restaurant doesn’t play any background noise? I ordered some pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash brown. There was nothing spectacular about them. I was not shocked at how good the food was, it was normal. When I was ready to pay, my server (the same woman), disappeared. I have NO idea where she went but I sat there for a good 5 minutes, no one checked up on me, until I saw this girl walking in for her shift. The kind young girl gave me the check. I left a bit disappointed. I didn’t have high expectations coming in anyway but I thought it’d at least be a decent experience. I haven’t been to this IHOP since and I’m not planning to return any time soon.

No heat in the bathroom, which always irks me. The food was great, though, with great $7 breakfast combo choices! Pancakes and their original syrup was delicious!

Very disappointing experience. Wasn’t even offered a glass of water. Waited 20 minutes to be told my order will take 40 minutes because they have to meet the demands of online orders. Staff was joking and laughing having a good time, while the needs of the customers were second string. I politely walked out and will never spend money with any Ihop establishment again. Bob Evans is giving me the super star treatment…..

i waited to be seated for 40 minutes and not a single person got seated. Was really looking forward to eating pancakes with my friends for my birthday so i’m very disappointed.
