We stopped by IHOP for brunch, and here’s my honest take:
Food: IHOP does what it’s famous for—pancakes, omelettes, waffles, and classic breakfast combos.
Variety: The menu has a solid range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices—from sweet pancakes and waffles to savory omelettes and burgers. It’s a flexible spot if you’re not set on just eggs and pancakes. 
Service & Atmosphere: our food took a while but it was not too long. We had it warm still.
Convenience: It’s open 24 hours, which is great if you want breakfast late night or early morning.

Was delivered the wrong pancake toppings, ordered the Cinn-A-Stack and paid extra to add avocado to my burger, which I didn’t get. First time ordering from here and already off to a bad start.

Big yikes. Place was pretty much closed at 6p. There were six tables open, three occupied. The rest of the restaurant was closed off. We waited 25mins to be seated in one of the 3 available tables (one adult, two kids). We then waited about 20 mins for our order to be taken, and then another 25mins for our food (pancakes and breakfast sausage). Standard IHOP fare. The kitchen was also blasting gangsta rap over the 93.9 music, unedited so N this and N that. Like, you do you but dang I wasnt expecting all that at IHOP with my kids. Never going back.

On August 15, 2025 afternoon Myself and my mother went to ✌ ✌️ IHOP for Breakfast . As this was a second visit to the location.
The Staff is absolutely amazing as well as welcoming completed with the Customer Service introduction as you are being hosted to your seat .
I ordered the Sirloin Steak Tipsz this came with which followed with a Delicious Watermelonlonade Blast Drink.
The Steak wonderfully cooked onions grilled well seasoned, hash browns, scrambled eggs that were also cooked to perfection. The whole meal was divine.
Mr. MARIO was absolutely great and very nice ✅
I rate this location for both visits including both servicers a 10 out of 10 out of 10 Starsz ✨⭐⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨

I am a frequent customer here and I would say what I like least about this IHop located in ford city is the lack of acknowledgement. Maybe a simple “someone will be right with you” would be better than walking away as you wait to get checked in. Other than that the atmosphere is ok and so is the food.

Always enjoy coming here for breakfast. Never usually takes more than around 10 minutes on a busy day for a table and food comes out usually pretty fast. Also the waiters/waitresses are quite friendly and helpful (shout out to Andrea for being helpful). Honestly would recommend!

Amazing experience , great ambiance, and very welcoming atmosphere. Our server who was very attentive to our requests also made it very easy and quick to receive our orders and get our food delivered. Andrea is her name and she has made this ihop experience the best in all of my visits.

My families experience today was hands down horrible. Of all the times we have come.
Group of 5. We waited an hour after ordering for our drinks and coffee. Idk what kind of disfunction was happening, but some things need to change.
Also, just a few suggestions.
1. Try looking up when eating.
2. Fabuloso is strong as it is. Use less. Was such a strong smell trying to eat over.
