Amazing service! By Our waitress Melissa was incredibly kind and so amable from the moment we sat down. She greeted us with a beautiful smile, was patient, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell when someone truly cares about their job and their customers — and she absolutely did. Her positive energy made the whole experience better. We’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I prefer establishments that are quiet and less crowded. I enjoy visiting this location from time to time, but I would not recommend the T-bone steak, as it is overpriced and just boiled it maybe little grilled. The sirloin steak tips are a superior option. Unfortunately, the onion, mushroom, and mashed potatoes tasted stale, reminiscent of expired milk and bearing an unpleasant odor akin to a dirty dish sponge. To avoid waste and out of politeness, I consumed the meal without requesting a remake. If you wish to avoid food poisoning, as I experienced, I would advise against ordering the entrée or sides.
Service and breakfast are the only reasons to visit for midnight munching.

I stopped in after not coming for awhile. This was my first ever job so I thought why not see how things are in here twenty years later. The service was great from the host to our server, Sandra. The food was very good. I had the fisherman platter and my mom had the breakfast sampler. Only thing I didn’t care as much for was the tartar sauce which is subjective. Sandra was so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to coming back and requesting her.

Got seated quickly and greeted with a smile by Johnny! His service was excellent, the children in our group got their food first which made it easy with enjoying the atmosphere. The food looked spectacular, just as well as the photos showcased. This was such a memorable experience! Johnny did absolutely amazing.

Sandra the host is amazing, we have come to this IHOP multiple times and she is always here. We prefer this IHOP over others in our area especially because of Sandra and her hospitality. Even when she has multiple tables she is great with all of her customers. Whenever we come in she is always happy to see us and treats us like family. SHE IS AWESOME !!!!

Melissa is ALWAYS, and I mean, AWAYS, professional in her serving abilities, delightful in a very friendly attitude way and we just love to interact with her when we visit this particular “International House of Pancakes” in the Hoffman Estates area.
She is indeed a blessing in all she partakes in and is an extreme example of a credit to herself and her profession.
And she should be considered held in a high regard to a possible better compensation monetarily and positional promotions, as well, we feel ever so strongly about it!
