Ive never had many issues with IHOP but today has been absolutely ridiculous. We were sat (party of two) immediately. Service was slow and food took over an hour to get to our table. My partner ordered the unlimited pancakes but after being here for almost 2 hours gave up after 3 plates due to how slow the service was. When our waitress finally got around to us he asked for a 3rd plate and our bill. I ordered the world famous strawberry banana pancakes combo with fresh strawberries instead of glazed. The pancakes I received were completely plain and cold and my eggs were absolutely swimming in butter or oil. I sent my plate back but again received the wrong pancakes. This time there were no bananas and glazed strawberries instead of fresh and once again cold. Having been here for over an hour I shut my mouth and ate what I was served. Our server was kind so no hate to her but this was beyond ridiculous. I understand it can be busy but having been sat immediately it was very aggravating to see tables that got here after us being served and receiving faster service than us.

Service was very very slow. Seated right away, but took a really long time for our server to come to our table. 4 top, we waited over 40 minutes for 2 breakfasts, a pancake and a kids pancake. Restaurant wasnt very busy. Food was cold when it did arrive, pancakes were very stiff, not fluffy. Eggs weren’t cooked right and there was a shell in them. I’ve worked food service before so it’s very rare i leave a bad review but this time was just very disappointing. Apparently servers dont run other servers food anymore either?

I did like the service I was provided but I only got a milk shake and it cost me TEN DOLLARS. Should’ve gotten a meal at that point cause it felt like I was paying for one. It was a good milkshake though so I’m not as mad as I would be if it was a bad one. Overall very mid experience and probably will return but might not get a milkshake next time.

Great food great service! Waitress was very warm and friendly. Could tell she wanted us to enjoy our food and dining experience. Was happy to make adjustments when I ordered the wrong item by mistake, interacted with child and made her feel welcomed. Great waitress

The 3.5 stars rating should have been a red flag. We’re truckers and wanted some nice breakfast. The place was busy, we tried to be patient. We didn’t get any updates 30 minutes after we gave our orders. One hr in and still no update, we can’t waste any more time, as truckers we have delivery appointments to meet and we dont get paid if we’re not hitting miles- so we just said we have to go. Waitress even tried to tell us to pay for our sodas which we barely touched, good thing the lady from the next table told her that we shouldn’t have to pay anything for making us wait for too long.

Went on date night, the food was great and came out quick, it was quiet and enjoyable, the real treat was the service. Our server Susan was fantastic, go in and ask for her section. You wont be disappointed.

I wanted to like this place I really did. However, besides the staff, everything was pretty bleh. We waited an hour to get our food after ordering (which took 20mins for us to actually do). I almost at the point of asking for our food to go since my kids were not to pleased to be waiting this long. And before you ask, no they were not busy. The food itself was pretty bleh. The crepe I ordered tasted off and I couldnt eat it. One of my kiddos got bananas as a side and they were past ripe and at the brown stage. The bathrooms were in need of a deep cleaning. Honestly the only redeeming factor was the staff who were apologetic but obviously understaffed. Will not be returning ever.

I waited nearly 10 minutes to check before getting on the wait list for gluten free waffles and pancakes because our daughter has Celiac. They told us they did have gluten free waffels and pancakes so we waited another 40 minutes to get a table.
Once we were sat at our table and ordered drinks they told us they were out of gluten free waffles, so my daughter was bummed but said she would take gluten free pancakes instead. The waitress must have then pushed our order through quickly knowing that they were also out of gluten free pancakes before notifying us. The waitress then brought back our bill, when we hadn’t even received our food yet, and told us they were also out of gluten free pancakes, but we could go ahead and “pay whenever your ready” because the other food was going to be coming.
When we said we didnt want the food and that we were going to leave and eat elsewhere because our daughter could not have gluten they were rude about us wanting to leave and tried to make us pay for our drinks even though we never got our food. They then tried to tell us they made a mistake and that they did have gluten free pancakes but not waffels. At this point there was no way we were going attempt that option and take a chance of our daughter getting very sick for the whole day. I agreed that I would pay for the drinks since we did get them even though we did not hardly drink any of them before deciding to leave.
Finally another waitress saw the mess and came over to tell me not to pay for the drinks and that they would be taken care of. That other waitress right at the end before we left was the only positive thing about the entire experience.
I cant give a review of the Gluten Free options because we were not able to get any of them, but the staff’s attitude toward our situation shows that they do not care if customers have specific dietary needs or not. Just as long as you go ahead and pay whenever your ready.

Overall it was a very pleasant lunch experience. Hostess was polite, friendly and very courteous. Server was excellent, knowledgeable about all items on the menu. Overall food was great It was great Except my pancakes were a little overcooked. Pancakes shouldn’t be crispy just the toast.
