8/28/2023 at 5:50pm CDT Me and another guest order 2 omelette’s with pancakes. I ordered the Bacon Temptation and my guest ordered Spinach and Mushroom omelette. Automatically you hear the cooks in the back complaining about cooking omelette’s.

Today was my first experience at this iHop location and it was only a mediocre experience. I looked up their “gluten-free menu” BEFORE going to make sure I could order a gluten-free waffle. But when I asked the waitress for their GF menu/options she told me my options were pancakes or anything without bread. I asked specifically about the waffles and she informed me that they don’t do gluten-free waffles because it “wrecks” their machine? I was very disappointed.. they should have a dedicated waffle machine for GF anyways.. as the gluten-free waffle IS listed in the menu. My friend and I both ordered apple juice and received two very different juices (see photo).

This place is dirty the waitress, that was seating us this morning, tried to sit us in a seat that was covered with food on the floor under the table, where she wanted us to sit , It was gross, and awful dirty, and then when I asked her to sit us somewhere else because it was so dirty. She got an attitude with me and said OK well, maybe this one’s OK for you she said so rudely and when she brought us our coffee my coffee, she was rude again placing the coffee on the table and then walked away, so sadly enough I had to ask for another waiter, because the first one was so rude and the place was dirty. Gonna post. Lots of pictures. The whole restaurant was dirty just will never go there again I do not recommend it I have never been to such a dirty place I should have just left but I was on foot and had to wait for a ride to come back for us I did not get a photo of the food on the floor where she tried to seat us but I got other photos see below

Always good food! My kids loved their pancakes and cheeseburgers, saying they were one of the best they’ve ever had. (They were delicious). The server was really thoughtful and brought out the kids’ food first so they wouldn’t get restless waiting for mine to finish. I got the t-bone with mashed potatoes and green beans; it was great as well. It was a quiet evening, but the server seemed overwhelmed as time went on. Didn’t seem like she had much support. Overall, we’ll be back for some more burgers and pancakes!

We drove 4 hours to meet up with our relatives, which they had driven the same amount. This was going to be our meeting place. We wanted to sit by the window to see when they pulled up. The waiter said that we couldn’t sit there, cause it’s cleaned for the next day. He tried to sit us in a dark place in back, we refused and asked to speak to the manager. He said that he would go and get the manager. The manager didn’t come out and tried to tell us to wait in the waiting room. I said to my family, let’s just go. The establishment lost our business forever. We will be telling everyone, of how we were treated. We were going to order food, but they had refused to accommodate us. Two other employees were sitting in another area, which they were listening. Their was only two other families in there. Now I can see why they weren’t busy. Just to lazy to make an effort on their part.

The food was good. Waitress and Customer Service- Poor. Waited for around 20 minutes after we finished our meals for our tab which I had to get up to ask her for. We were her only table. It was slow. I did not get asked for a beverage refill which was empty nor get checked on to see if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. Our waitress needs more training, she was bad. I would highly not recommend eating here due to the lack of service.

We like their family-friendly environment. For a great weekend breakfast, we love IHOP. Predictable and kid friendly food. Only thing you should keep in mind, is the waiting time. Specially on weekend mornings, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, at least.

I do a lot of traveling in my profession! I am always pleased to find an IHOP when I stop for my meals. I stayed at a hotel in Fargo ND from 6/25/23- 6/27/23 and was pleased to see an IHOP across the street. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. My server, Angie N. on the other hand, was elite! If I could give her a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. She was very polite, and, got my coffee and food to me Expeditiously! When I complimented her for being so efficient, she gave credit to the cooking staff. Humility, goes a long way with me! Which made my opinion of her that much higher! I also got my bill while I was still eating. I liked that as well, as I didn’t have to wait for the ticket or chase a server down to get it. During my meal, she checked on me once, which was polite so I could eat uninterrupted, but made several trips by me so as to make herself available for anything else I may need. Thank you Angie for your service and hospitality. You truly do IHOP credit! And Thank you IHOP for making her part of your Family! Sincerely….Brian M

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but could not because the side fries were noticeably less than usual for a diner plate and thr ambience was a bit cold and uninviting. However, the food was delicious, as my wife and six children will agree, the service was fast, and the waitress was exceptionally gracious, polite, and helpful. She deserves six stars! Plenty of parking outside and clean dining area.

Ordered online and my food was ready 10 minutes later than it was supposed to be which would have been fine if they didn’t forget an entire stack of pancakes and white toast. Went back to get them after getting home only to have them mess it up a second time only giving us 3 out of the 4 pancakes.
