Took quite awhile to have someone seat us. Ordered the Poblano Benedict only to find out there were no English Muffins. However, the biscuit substitute was actually very good! Great tender, flavorful, and juicy beef with nice and crispy hash browns. Loved that they were browned on both sides. My Breakfast Burrito was HUGE and was well stuffed with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Great BOGO coupon special will likely have us returning to sample more of the menu. Burgers turned out to be flavorful but, overcooked and dry. Was far more bun than burger. The fried cheese was a nice touch. However, it exacerbated the burger’s dryness due to the lack of moisture. Fries were extremely tasty, well seasoned and crisp. I elected to have pancakes and was happy they were light and airy! Would definitely return for breakfast but, we’ll pass on burgers next time. Colorado Omelettes are very tasty with large pieces of beef, bacon, ham, AND sausage! Was one of the best Omelettes I’ve had in awhile. Excellent job on the Breakfast Sampler too. Really was a bit of everything there. Was a very fast, delicious breakfast!

If I hadn’t made plans to meet someone here, I wouldn’t have stayed. I waited literally 40 minutes for a table and the restaurant wasn’t but half full – if that. There were plenty of staff, or so it looked but no hostess?? Food wasn’t as good as other locations that’s for sure. It’s too bad I gave to give 2 stars for service as our server was actually great! She was super friendly and very nice. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest as it could have been. The parking lot location is strange and it’s a bit hard to enter the lot as well. I probably wouldn’t return, and I unfortunately don’t recommend this location either.
Edit: I forgot to mention how filthy the venues were! You can see how awful they were.

recently visited IHOP and had a wonderful experience! I decided to try the Chicken Fajita Omelet, and it was a delicious choice. The omelet was packed with flavor, generously filled with tender chicken, bell peppers, and onions, and topped with just the right amount of salsa and cheese. It was cooked perfectly, not too dry, and incredibly satisfying.
For a lighter option, my friend ordered the Egg White Omelet, which was equally impressive. It was fluffy, well-prepared, and fresh, proving that healthy choices can still be incredibly tasty at IHOP.
Of course, no IHOP visit is complete without their pancakes! We ordered a side of them, and they were the perfect complement to our meals—fluffy, light, and delicious. The staff were fantastic as well; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service throughout our meal. It truly enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend stopping by this location for a satisfying breakfast or brunch!

Some chain restaurants feel like bland, cookies cutter copies of one another. This IHOP is nothing like that. This IHOP has great servers: they are friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food is delicious. Perhaps not entirely made in-house, but tasty and filling. I’ve been able to hang out here for hours working on schoolwork. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. And they keep the coffee coming!

I believe the fairly low IHOP average rating is from unreasonable expectations. When visiting IHOP, you get IHOP food, what has made this name famous for decades. I visited this location today, at the end of a side street, was immediately greeted with a smile from Kate, who ended up also being our server, and seated at what she said was the best booth in the house. I asked that she order something for me, and I was surprised with a huge plate of pancakes (expected) and a huge omelette – called the Big Steak Omelette – totally unexpected. Expectations were substantially exceeded – it was delicious – onions, mushrooms, cheese, hasebrowns, with a side of salsa. Kate definitely rose to the challenge.

I never write reviews, but this morning I ordered take out and it was BAD. Hashbrowns and pancakes burnt and all thrown together in a takeout container which made the burn taste get into the rest of the food. Country fried steak and “gravy” (pretty sure the gravy was just cream of mushroom soup) was nasty. Fried Steak was rock hard and gravy was chunky, ice cold and looked like it had curdled. The eggs were the only thing edible. I am disappointed, for the price it is not worth it, just go to Perkins if you want something at least half decent.

I ordered sirloin tips and eggs I personally didn’t like the steak because it was sweet I thought it would be more salty and robust. Also the hash browns were pretty crispy also prices were pretty crazy

This place is always busy, which is great. Today was the 1st time ever I saw so much togetherness with the entire staff. Who ever the GM is he was all over the place. He was hosting, serving, running, in the kitchen, keeping everyone on task. I was impressed. There have been many many times over the years, that I tru this IHOP and again, I give huge credit to the staff there today. Yes, ppl are cranky when hungry and at times never able to satisfy everyone, but today was a good day for them. Best team work I have ever seen here. Thanks for breakfast!!!

Decided to come here for a quick breakfast since there weren’t any breakfast restaurants nearby.

The service was a bit slow. We waited for a bit until someone saw us and seated us. It also took a bit for the server to come by. Server only stopped once after we’re done eating. So service here is a tad slow even when the place is pretty empty.

Food wasn’t all that great. Best thing was probably the eggs cooked over easy. Everything else was mediocre. Why even ask for steak cooking temperature when everything comes out well cooked and dry. My mistake ordering that at a breakfast place, but I had luck with other IHop restaurants.

Also the restaurant is freezing cold. People were wearing coats and hats. That’s how cold and uncomfortable it is and can’t really enjoy our food.

I felt compelled to write this review simply because of the hilarious parallels between this location and the 24-hour one in Bloomington. TL;DR, if you can deal with the additional sketch-factor, just skip this location and go to the Bloomington one. (Read my Bloomington review as well if you want LOL.)

Firstly, there was maybe 3 parties of 2 people in the whole restaurant when I went there and 4 staff all hiding in the kitchen. No one at the hostess stand or on the floor. Waited maybe 10 minutes for anyone to even appear to get seated. The waitress was nice but didn’t check in on us a single time.

Food impressively came out both burnt and cold… I don’t even know how that’s possible?? Small portion sizes and no flavour either. Just tasted like the suggestion of sustenance. Waitress didn’t offer refills, sauces, or even show up to give us the check. I literally got up from our booth at one point and grabbed a hot sauce bottle from the condiment stand in the kitchen area and they either didn’t notice or didn’t care. I had to walk up to the kitchen and stand there for a minute to ask for the check.

Bathrooms were disgusting and like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, I’d liken it to an unmanaged rest-stop bathroom.

If you want better tasting food and larger portion sizes for the same amount of money, go to the Bloomington location. Like, YEAH the fire department might’ve been called because someone was lighting up in the bathroom and someone MIGHT’VE overdosed next to the hostess stand in the middle of our stay, but I think that just adds to the American diner experience, babeyyy!
